We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCan't cast to TV, need a bit of a spruce up. For a king signature room in the top floor it's small and basic.
Room had fridge, kettle and microwave. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every single person from the moment I walked in was super friendly and helpful, this is often a rarity so a big win for this hotel.

United KingdomWe were there for the football so the location was perfect. It was also very easy to walk into the centre of town. The room was warm, clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. We would stay here again. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

After a rather unfortunate experience on our first night with our room not being as expected the staff were so helpful and nice they very kindly moved us rooms next day and upgraded us to a suite which was absolutely fantastic so much bigger and brilliant for us was so much appreciated by myself and daughter who is disabled and using crutches. The staff couldn't do enough to help us we felt very welcome and safe at hotel location was amazing too . Will be back and highly recommended.

The security staff threatening to kick us out because we had nipped the shop and then stud in the bar area NOT drinking and eating what we brought was rude as we were sorting out with our large group what time we were meeting considering how much they made of our group us standing and talking for 20 min was no harm to them

United KingdomPaying a fee to move rooms when there was loads of empty rooms. We requested a twin room and was given a king bed and then told to pay £15 to transfer. Wasn’t upgrading a room but was shocked we have to pay a fee.
