The chalet smelt unpleasant when we first arrived. After a few days, the smell disappeared after we wiped over the sofa, sprayed the room and opened the windows.

The areas around the chalet were kept clean and tidy. Easy access to a beautiful beach. We all enjoyed the arcades 😀 There is lots to do in the surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay, my son made lots of friends. The chalet was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Only down fall was a bad odour lingering from previous guests but was gone by the next day once we used air fresheners and ventilated with all windows and doors open. My partner also thought the shower head would of been better if flexible rather than being a fixed head.

We liked the Chalet it's self, as it was clean and tidy with all things we needed to settle in for the week. Had a garden gate at the front for us to be able to sit outside as a family, while our dog could join us but on the other side of the fence. Great location to the club house, shop, swimming pool, bar, arcades and a 15 minute walk to the local beach. Would definitely stay here again, if we are holidaying in Great Yarmouth.

Wafer thin internal walls . Coin operated electric meter. ( possibly a very old system in place and probably the same throughout the park and not the owners fault?) . The doors leading into the bedroom / bathroom are configured badly so kept colliding with each other on opening / closing. Bedrooms were very small...just enough space for the beds. In the twin room it was impossible to open the bottom drawers of the unit as the bed was in the way.

the property was in a good spot for visiting Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Hemsby. it was very quiet and good value for money. it was clean upon arrival .

Location was good, close to all amenities on site. Chalet was very clean and had everything you need. My son and daughter were very happy with the chalet Internet, if you have kids or young adults that can’t live without it Lol. The owner of the chalet was very friendly and easy to talk to making sure we knew everything before our stay.

Slightly damp feel & unable to slide bedroom door.

The central location is great with the beach within walking distance, swimming, shops, food & arcade on site. Shower & bath with a fully equipped kitchen & all home extras. Double bed is extremely comfortable. Very clean.

The floor was not very well cleaned and the air inside seemed a bit closed.

Very well equipped chalet. It has almost all that you might need in a kitchen, DVDs, toys, storage space, etc. It was also easy to find in the California sands park.

Bed Uncomfortable like a police cell mattress, Bedroom was very small, the sofa I think came from Temu, every time that you sat on it the arms fell off !!!! The neighbours seemed very nosey lots of curtain twitching going on. I think I would off felt safer in Jaywick in Essex. I was surprised to find that my car was not sitting on breeze blocks the next morning.

I liked leaving early and going home. Great for kids and a beach holiday otherwise avoid like the plague.

Didn't realise the season ended so early being first week of September, so no entertainment Mon to Thurs except bingo. Things don't stay open late, chip shop shut at 8 as did the on site shop, and the eaterie inside shut at 7pm. Guess this is due to being out of season .

Lovely clean chalet, everything you need is there, very handy for club house and not to far to drive anywhere and explore other places, would recommend to anyone and definitely would love to stay again. Also the owner will answer any questions you may have.

The property was perfect for our needs! The villa was lovely and clean and well stocked with lots of home comforts. The park was well kept, had good amenities and was walking distance to the beautiful beaches.

The standard of the chalet was exceptional. Kitchen roll, toilet roll, shower gel, linen (no extra charge), air fryer, excellent WiFi, the chalet was spotless. Will definitely be coming back and recommending our family to book here too. Thank you Pam for being a great host and providing an exceptionally great stay!
