There was nothing to dislike

Room was comfortable, very clean, plenty tea/coffee. Breakfast was superb. Owners were very friendly did not intrude but were there if needed.

Unfortunately we missed our 2 breakfasts, due to our own weakness (hangovers) so I don't like the fact I can't comment on how good the breakfast probably was ;-)

Lovely stay, really warm welcome by the host, super clean room! comfortable bed for a great night sleep and the decoration was fresh and uplifting. Long stay parking just behind the guest house so very convenient. It was a really lovely room to awaken in, great location!, stones throw away from the beach front. We will definitely return!

This was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely go back. The location was perfect and loved the choice at breakfast and that you could pick whatever you wanted. We had a lovely welcome and we were treated amazingly throughout our stay. They couldn't do enough for us.

Wasn’t anything not to like. The room was big and nicely decorated and furnished. Hosts were very friendly and informative about the area and the breakfast was excellent. We even had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and bottled water.

The bed/ room was quite hot, would liked the windows to open a bit wider. Other than that liked every.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, could order whatever you wanted. Really nicely decorated, modern house, very clean. Liked that it was adults only. Would recommend to anyone.

There are no negetives for this amazing gem of a guest house!

The room was lovely and clean and felt comfortable as soon as you walked in. Loved the fact we could both sit in comfortable arm chairs to read. Very quiet hotel which was great😁 Breakfast was amazing, in fact it beats most starred hotels. Great friendly service! Thankyou Nicky and hubby x

Great location. Area is quiet and just short 10-15 min stroll to the Pier. Excellent room with large, very comfy bed. Very clean. Good choices for breakfast, nothing too much trouble, and the full english was fresh, hot and tasty. Hosts friendly and helpful.

Nicky and Simon were so welcomeing and helpful at all times nothing was any trouble at all. The room was worth every penny . It was so so clean . The breakfasts were amazing you must try Nickys poached eggs. Thankyou for an amazing break. Hope to see you again. Xx
