We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomStaff chewing gum on arrival. VERY springy bed. When my wife turned over, I was woken by the bounce! Given that, it was comfy.
The room was lovely, bright, airy with a huge bathroom. Staff were very accommodating when we were late back for dinner. The girl at breakfast was lovely in advising us about best route for birks walk.

United KingdomMy bed was extremely uncomfortable Big dip in the middle of mattress and felt lumpy could also do with replacing the pillows. My husband's was very comfortable though. Large cracks in tiles in the bathroom, the tile by the toilet had cracked and dropped creating a sharp edge needs attention asap before someone ends up with a foot injury.
