Only a couple of small niggles. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, only one towel per person, tiny shower cubicle, & only the basics i.e. handwash but no shampoo or shower gel, tea & coffee but no biscuits, but the price was fairly low so I guess that reflects it?

Some shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower would have been a nice touch. And maybe some slightly nicer coffee at breakfast - I think it was instant. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

we were warmly welcomed by the hosts and showed to our very comfortable and spacious room. It was clean and bright. Super close to all the shops/restaurants of Bude.

Room was a little dated and the I struggled a little with the room door lock.

Owners were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was really nice and the bed was comfortable, they let us book in early which was really handy. Car park across the road is only £10 for 24 hours and easy to access.

Anne & Saf were very welcoming and friendly. Room & breakfast was excellent and all was spotlessly clean. Saf gave me lots of tips & info. Their motto "Arrive as strangers, leave as friends" is very true. Thank you Anne & Saf, hope to see you again in the future.

A great central place to stay, Saf the owner is a keen Darts Player and Cricketer. He was very welcoming and his humour certainly puts a smile on your face. The room was spacious, clean and very well furnished. The 'Biker Breakfast' was one of the best on our trip!!!

Saf, the owner is a fun, helpful chap. He cooks an amazing breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Quality butcher sausages, eggs and thick tasty bacon on a large oval plate with char grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns.. You know when you get that silver platter of tost with 4 triangles.. you get 4 slices here and if you want two poached eggs. Happy to oblige.. In a great location up the hill near the old town, quirky bars and independent shops and near the big Sainsbury's so easy to get on or off the SWC path from the north.

I was warmly welcomed and looked after during my 5 night stay by the lovely Saf. Sea Jade is perfectly located for beaches, supermarkets and town centre. The room was clean and I had everything I needed Saf said his bacon was the best and I agree!

I noticed the hand rail on the stairs felt sticky which made me feel that maybe it wasn't clean.

Had a lovely stay at sea jade guest house, it was everything we needed in a great location. The hosts were both so lovely and took time to have a chat with us. The bed was so comfy too, we had the best sleep! Couldn’t recommend enough! We will definitely be back next year

I had such a good time at the Bude Golf Festival it is to difficult to think of anything I didn't like.
