Having arrived late we found the night staff very helpful.We stayed in the Brighton room, which had everything that we needed for our stay. Both the room and en-suite were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable In both of the hotels, I loved the decor and facilities wish we had a extra night. Everything about our stay at Sea Spray was wonderful the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our breakfast in the The Charm next door which was of high quality produce with so much to choose from, served in a beautiful sunny dining area. Checking in and out was extremely straightforward and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Location was by the beach and easy to get to from the station and lovely walk to the town Have already recommended Sea Spray to a friend and are looking forward to returning very soon

One of the windows in the room wouldn't open which made the room a little warm. A fan was provided, but it would have been good to get more of the sea breeze into the room.

A lovely Seaview room that was a good size. Breakfast is provided a couple of doors down at their sister hotel, The Charm. The breakfast room was large, sunny and well laid out. An excellent selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. Friendly service from staff in both hotels.

- Not enough clothes storage, no wardrobe or dedicated clothes drawers - Shower head too big for water pressure

Nice little hotel on the east side of town close to gay village and beach. Stayed in the New York 'Penthouse', large attic room, lots of space, breakfast served in sister hotel a few doors up. WiFi generally good. Good sized TV for wet weather days. Overall good value stay. There was a portable aircon unit and fan in the room though didn't need them.

Just needs a little bit of TLC. Our shower tray was very marked, the sink had stains around the taps, possibly limescale. Very creaky floors which is to be expected and the people above did do a lot of walking about! Nothing major to dislike really.

Comfortable spacious room with sea view and balcony. Good choice of teas and coffee, bowl of fruit in room on arrival. Bottle of water every day. Free fruit and cakes in reception. Friendly staff.
