The beds are ready for replacement. The patio furniture could use some TLC or be replaced. We missed a dishwasher. After all it is 2025. It was a little bit chilly as it could be in Scotland early June. The house temperature switch was well hidden in the kitchen. Better instructions required!

The location of the house is excellent. Interior is modern and nice. Everything you need except good beds. Unfortunately they had forgotten(?) we were 6 and towels were missing. That was quickly fixed. As Scandinavians we drink coffe for breakfast. When asking for a coffemaker we were first told they would fix it. Then silence. Very annoying. No is also an answer.

Lovely kitchen with all the utensils you required, superb dining area. Beds and linen were first class. Very large garden, great for the dog. Close to the beach, would highly recommend.

Not a didn’t like as such more so helpful feedback for future! There was only 3 mugs and 2 wine glasses for a property that sleeps up to 6 adults so that could do with a little look. Also the mattresses definitely need toppers as the springs are quite prominent. But honestly, very well equipped home.

Beautiful home literally a minute from the sea front! Very clean throughout and the hosts were really attentive. Fab little shop a 10 second walk away and overall brilliant stay.

A couple of small maintenance jobs needed doing - however when I emailed to make them aware they offered to send someone out straight away. We said that wasn’t necessary but it was good to have that offer. The only other thing that would have been helpful is a large cafetière - there was only a one-cup one.

Very clean, nicely decorated and had just about everything we needed for our weekend. Great location close to the beach and plenty of parking (at least at the weekend, when we stayed). Good communication from the management company from booking right through to leaving.

Quirky lay-out - steps up to kitchen and one bedroom and shower room. Steps down to one bedroom, bathroom and film room. The only issue was that several of us had mobility issues and the lack of a hand rail at night was a problem. A hand-rail on each set of stairs would have been great. The heated towel rails in both bathrooms was not working and could not be fixed during our two day stay- these rooms were very cold and not comfortable. A dishwasher would have been great, but we appreciate there was not enough room in the kitchen for this. The cleaning pack was useless- the hand towel did not dry the dishes, and the cloth was not absorbent, dishwashing fluid would not lather.

This is a lovely house only a few minutes walk from the beach, and not far from the town centre. The property is newly furnished and decorated . There was everything we needed - decent plates, dishes, cutlery, place mats, etc. Very comfortable beds and good towels and bed linen. The Donini staff were friendly and helpful on contact.

Spacious...had private parking... everything you need from cooking utensils to the little toiletries if i won the lottery i would love to buy it it felt like home had a great relaxing weekend thanks.

A tiny thing - whilst tea coffee etc was supplied, a coffee pod machine would have been most welcome for a fresh coffee.

Location was great, far enough from train stations but easy to walk to. Clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the bathroom sink as it was blocked but I believe someone came out to resolve the problem really quickly. The one thing that was lovely was a card and bottle of fizz on arrival, lovely touch thank you. Nicholas at the company was fab when he called us, friendly and helpful. We were up with some business colleagues visiting Royal Troon so this was a great location. Previous guests had damaged the third bedroom carpet with an iron which I found disrespectful, sad to see people mistreating the house. Garden was lovely but sadly it rained a bit for us to get the benefit. Good place and hopefully we will be back.

Cleaner was still cleaning property at 5pm( not her fault due to sick call, but we were supposed to be booked in from 3pm. Couple of breakages and faults which we brought to owners attention on our arrival,to be very fair to lady we contacted, Georgia did say she could get maintenance team out right away…as we were only there for 2 nights we used main bathroom only and toaster was broken but we didn’t need it so she said to leave repairs till we left as not to disrupt our stay,she also said to contact her if we needed anything else whilst at property.

This property is kept to a very high standard, clean and spacious. It is right at the beach in a lovely area. Enclosed garden to sit out and perfect for our dog. Great central heating for those chilly nights. This property is large, bright and would accommodate 6 adults with no issues. Bedrooms are all large and bright with one en-suite. Full kitchen and dining area. Wi-fi.
