Struggled with the combination locks on the lockers in the leisure changing rooms, some seemed not to work.

Check in, the room, the facilities, the dinner and breakfast were all superb. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at Sedgebrook hotel. Our room was spacious Clean and fully equipped. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety available. The restaurant was efficiently managed by Helen, and her lovely ladies in the evenings. The hotel on a whole was clean and staff welcoming.

Pool changing rooms, we’re tired, young group in the pool on Sat night were jumping, diving, swearing, regardless of surrounding company, but that’s not your fault, maybe just be a little more aware of some of the clients, gym was very basic and small

So many steps no lifts for people with walking difficulty or arthritis but manageable Prefer less noisy swimming maybe need adults only time in evening maybe. Swimming slots may help as soon becomes rather crowded. It would have not been so disappointing if we knew there is no old character and charm to the inside and very modern dormitories. We like to see the original not the boring travel lodge style hotels but that is only our own preferences uniforms not best style in restaurant ! Sue was great friendly and helpful as were all the staff

The sauna was a bit dated and there were children splashing in the pool even though it said that no under 18s allowed. Was hoping for a more relaxing spa experience.

Lovely countryside location with nice modern and big rooms. Excellent breakfast - lots of choice. Really good dinner as well - good Vegan/veggie options. We valued the sustainability effort that the hotel was making - carbon footprint of each meal and using fairtrade teas in the room. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Amazing value for money we really enjoyed our stay!

More storage space for clothes and hangers in the bedroom .Nothing else though .

The bed had a mattress topper on it that was not wide enough and you got the feeling you were going to roll off. We cured that by taking it off. The one thing that was most annoying, was the slamming of the hotel room doors, the hotel was busy, but not everyone could be disrespectful all the time, they need a soft close mechanism fitted. The room compares with Rolls Royce quality, with a Fiat Panda door on it, 🤔

The food at this hotel is no less than 10 out of 10, it was faultless. The staff are friendly, hard working, and tentative. The condition of the property and grounds are beautiful and we will be back next month.

The breakfast was poorer in quality, and the coffee from machines tasted peculiar (possibly due the quality of the milk). I was especially disappointed at the difference between the image presented on Booking.com of an old country house, and the reality of mostly modern accommodation (including the dining room). The old house was almost entirely reserved for conference rooms.

The dinner was of good quality. The room was clean and spacious, with effective heating. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

Our bedroom was overall good and good overall facilities , the grout between tiles in bathroom could do with a good bleaching , as quite a lot of mould , the toilet seat should be changed as this was baldly stained underneath, some of the decor needs sorting.

Overall every thing was good ,facilities ,bar, restaurant ,staff. Evening meals could have been better, breakfast very good ,good open spaces within hotel plenty of places to sit and relax. Very good place as a stopover on our way from Devon to Norfolk.

Moot point really, but my room was a little cold. This was resolved very promptly without any fuss at all with the supply of a mobile radiator which warmed up the room very quickly.

Fabulous, friendly staff from the moment I checked in. There were plenty of staff members around, never had to wait for anything. Very nice bar and restaurant area. Food was good and when breakfast items ran low, they were replaced quickly
