The smell of cigarettes when you walk through the door, although we booked this hotel, we stayed in their sister hotel 4 doors away we then had to go the 4 doors away for breakfast. Our first room stank of cigarettes so we asked to move, which they did! They forgot to change it on the system so late at night when we were sleeping in the new room somebody entered our room as they had given them this room key when they checked them in. Clean comfortable beds, but the room and bathroom was dirty.

The location was great, close to everything you need in a city.

Cleanliness isn't not really their thing. Found a few Bed bugs and they have a very dirty floors.

Location is on ToP! Accessible to trains, located nearby Paddington Station. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. They have a good breakfast, but it's going to be always the same everyday!

The staff were almost nonexistent. I met one present receptionist. He didn't have much customer service. When I asked a couple of queries he looked at me like I'd asked him to rob a bank with me. He wasn't rude just unfriendly. Only other down points are It is dated location and room, the dinning area was tiny and (like most of London) no parking. But I wasn't unhappy.

Cheap, good size room and close to Paddington Station. I'm happy.

Breakfast was a fiasco, far too many people trying to squeeze into small dining room, had to wait ages for a seat, table was blocking fire escape doors, no spoons, glasses, milk juice etc left and very unhelpful and miserable staff, 9.15 on dot staff member shouted kitchen is closed and all food removed.no duvet on beds just a bedspread that smelt like it hadn’t been washed for weeks, bathroom very small, shower hose broken, food on carpet from previous guest and sash window catch broken on window which made us feel insecure at night. Looks like guests are accommodated throughout several hotels but only 1 small dining room available to all. At least 2 sittings should be available to give everyone a chance to have breakfast.

Location was good, beds comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities

No vegan option. Kind of feeling of disrespect from staff. No willingness to help. Tiny breakfast room. Dirty corridors/carpets.

No offer for vegan options, and indeed, I was looked in a manner that I did not like at all when I requested/asked for this (as if I was an alien - the guy was kind of laughing at me for the fact of being vegan-). When I asked if he could add a not for the staff in the morning so they could buy at least any alternatives (I had chosen this option as breakfast was included -) he replied in a short aggressive manner "no no no, that is not possible, we are not allowed to buy anything so you would need to wait at least until 8;30 that we can check that with a manager". When going for breakfast the morning after, there was not even fruit, and the room was tiny, packed with tables and full of people even sharing tables (I had to).

The bathroom was so small, its like a caravan bathroom & tiny. The shower ran just like a tap not a shower, nowhere to hang towels, only 1 towel each,no toiletries except the tiniest bar of soap. Teacups & only 1 glass between us. The room had not been hoovered prior to our arrival, no spare pillows, the decor needs a refresh, hair dryer didnt work, cost of the parking, breakfast was only toast, cereal, cold meats & yoghurt, tea, coffee & squash.

The location was perfect, loads of local shops, food & pubs, the parking was good, we parked right outside the main door, the receptionist, room size, adjustable radiator heating, tv although it couldnt cast from our phones. Shower controls easy to work, there were enough tea & coffee making facilities, the kettle worked. The bins were emptied daily, the curtains were blackout, free wifi,

The hotel room and toilet were very dirty and outdated. They need serious renovation and cleanliness. The window was not locking and we felt a bit unsecured while sleeping. We were so tired and knocked out straight away and did not have time to worry about these problems mentioned above.

The location of this hotel is great to walk to Edgeware Road, Marble Arch, Hyde Park and Oxford street. Hotel Parking is only £15 per day which is very convenient and handy.

floor wasn’t clean ( candy and wrappers under the bed, lots of dust and crumbs on the carpets) bathroom very small ( picture a bathroom you’d find in a train). Maybe a broader choice for breakfast would be nice. However the toast and cornflakes are definitely enjoyable too tho. The breakfast room is also quite small. If you go during the last part of the serving times you won’t be able to get a seat. Little tip that has nothing to do with this hotel in particular: If you do book this hotel don’t go to the Indian restaurant a couple doors down, you WILL get scammed for mediocre food!

Definitely book for the location, everything is close to the hotel. You have a bed and sleep well in it, clean sheets. Breakfast was good

Room was really hot (but a fan was provided in the room). Bathroom was VERY small .... more like toilet size! Breakfast room can get busy but we were early rises so wasn't a problem.

Great location to Paddigton (5 minute walk) and lots of food places nearby. Basic cereal, toast and ham and cheese breakfast but with price paid was added bonus. Beds were quite comfortable and room was spacious for 4.

The shower head fell on my head while showering because the stand was broken (but they said they were gonna fix it after I told them). The shower was very small and some joints were moldy. Moreover, the breakfast was good but not exceptional and I would've liked more options, like plant milk.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel is not very far from the city centre, even on foot (nota: we are great walkers). Moreover, the personnel is understanding and kind.

Had to wait at Reception for 5 minutes for someone to come to check us in (Reception area left unattended). Room not located in main hotel building, but in building around the corner, which was unexpected. No lift to room so tricky with large bag. No double glazing so traffic noise and voices heard all night through single glaze, closed window (take ear plugs for good night's sleep). Super small bathroom (whilst sitting on loo had one foot in the shower area (no cubical door, only a curtain), whilst my forehead could easily touch the back of the door). The extractor fan in bathroom coated with dust/fluff. Bathroom not on floor level but accessed up very steep step, so if you forgot you'd come stumbling out as not enough floor area between loo and door to stop momentum. Couldn't supply more than one room key when requested, could only offer an extra key card to access the main door to the building. Breakfast - only hot food on offer was toast.

3 single beds as requested and breakfast included for the price. Good, clean bedding and small cozy lighting if required right next to beds, along with switch to easily turn off tv. Nice, friendly staff. Short walk from/to Paddington Tube Station for travel.

The bathroom was so small that being in the shower alone was a struggle, there was a stain on the bedsheets, and we had to wait 25 minutes for the guy to come to reception to let us check out despite the “back in 5 minutes” sign on the door.

Close to hyde park for winter wonderland and good heating. Bed was comfy too.

The toilet in room 254 was not working properly and was running nonstop all through my stay there, sadly it affected my sleep as even with the door shut you could hear it running like a river. Not sure why that room was used as it was clearly not fit for use at that time!!!!

Breakfast was good and did the job, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the location is excellent only issue was the toilet in my room was broken and kept me awake for most of the night.

Hooks are needed in the room for damp towels and outdoor coats. The room decor was tired and the bathroom needs refurbishment. The light over the desk is unusable as the bulb needs replacing and it is constantly flickering. Maybe this hasn’t been reported?

The location was good and easy to get to by bus. There were tea making facilities in the room and plenty of tea/coffee/milk/sugar. Extra heating was provided with an oil filled radiator, which we were thankful for as it was a very cold day and evening.
