The door handle on the inside of the bathroom kept falling off. Just needed to be screwed back on by a maintenance staff member. I forgot to report it to reception!

The room was compact (single) but clean and comfortable. In fact, compared to some other single rooms I've stayed in, it was a good size. The location was very convenient. The reception and door staff were very warm, attentive and polite.

Although we did the online check-in, the lady still insisted on seeing some ID. None of the other accommodations we stayed at during this trip requested this if we did it online. Make sure you take a room away from the elevator as it's very loud! There wasn't space near the sink in the bathroom to leave your stuff. The only place was above the toilet and I don't believe it's very hygienic to leave your toothbrush or beauty stuff there.

The location was good. Right by Hyde Park (hence the name) and a few minutes walk from a subway station. The room was clean. The size was reasonable. Although we paid extra to have a larger bed I still believe it wasn't that big but it was comfy enough for 2 people. The bathroom was clean.

Great Value and Very Comfortable. The cleaning was spotless and the room was small but well organized and convenient. The location was convenient for bus and tube and there were supermarkets within a minute's walk. Having a lift mattered to me and I appreciate the convenience that added to my stay.

Room (single) is quite small - bathroom could be equipped with a shelf near the sink for toothbrush/toiletries. Price vs quality higher than other cities...

Great location for visiting Hyde Park & downtown area. Easy Check in - strong WIFI - nice staff. Would consider staying again - although in a larger room :)

The lift broke down twice in the 3 days there so we just used the stairs which was not much of a problem although once was with our luggage which made it a bit awkward but again not really a problem.

The friendliness of ALL the staff especially the doorman he was outstanding.

Some areas look a bit dated but nothing bad. The room is small but that's not an issue for just staying there for sleeping.

My room was tiny and there was not much space to move around between chair, desk and bed. The receptionist insisted on seeing a photo ID which never happened to me before. I do not normally carry one with me when travelling in the UK as a British citizen.

Central location with easy access to Hyde Park, restaurants and shops, as well as train and tube stations. Clean room.

This is a minor thing but I found the fragrant scents in the lobby too strong. I am sensitive to smells so it’s likely other folk may not have noticed. But it meant that I avoided sitting in the lounge area - which is a pity as it was so beautiful and bright.

It was stylish, accessible, and a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The single room I stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries daily.

Just bad timing for us, We were there when the bar and restaurant were under renovation. I hope when they reopen it doesn’t inflate the price because, it was reasonable priced.

The staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was very good and easily accessible being very close to Baywater and Queensway tube stations. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores etc near if you fancy staying local. It felr a very safe area.
