The room was a little on the small side but that wasn't a big negative by any means.

Our room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. We stayed on the 4th floor with a view overlooking the park in the square outside. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch!

The first room was in the basement with no view, very cold and noisy. We complained and got the new room. Breakfast was quite simple. Some things in the room, like light switches, were broken.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is great near many bus stops and tube stations; peaceful area.

The pillows were quite hard and lumpy the first night but the next morning I told them at the front desk and they apologized and gave me new pillows.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the station The beautiful park nearby was a lovely bonus, and my kids had a fantastic time exploring and playing there. Staff are very professional and welcoming approaches, especially thanks to Mr.Milagris for his hospitality

The bed was quite short in length. For reference I am 5ft 3 and I could reach the end of the bed. My boyfriend is 5ft 11 and he had to sleep diagonally so his legs wouldn’t hang off the edge of the bed.

Great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us early check in at no extra cost when we arrived! We initially had some trouble with the air conditioning but the sorted it straight away and it made for a great stay! Thank you!

The hotel was quite noisy. Our room was near the lifts and it was a constant hum of machinery and other hotel guests. Not the most relaxing, but we were out of the rooms as much as possible. The bathroom was a little small, but managable.

The location was excellent, very handy for our stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great as well.

Breakfast was not a great experience. The breakfast room is a bit cramped. There was no service at table. All food and drink was self service. Some of the warm food left on the hot plate did not look very appetising (in particular the bacon).

The location is convenient - not far from Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. The room was comfortable, the staff polite. I liked the fact that the hotel provided copies of 'The Times' that guests could take away.

Very nicely decorated and looked after, extremely polite and friendly welcome, perfect location. Free upgrade was really appreciated after a very long day at work. And a bath! Too few of those in hotel rooms these days. Lovely view from window. Hope to return.

Room slightly small.

Initial choice was about location as we were attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall. Location was ideal for Notting Hill Gate tube station, Portobello Road and a wide range of restaurants. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful, our room was upgraded on arrival.

The rooms were not very modern and could do with an update.

The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Romao. The location was brilliant not too far from the tube and within walking distance of shops and tourist attractions. The room was clean and spacious. I found the bed very comfortable.

The bed was quite hard and the shower had almost no water pressure. Not a dealbreaker, but it's something to keep in mind.

The room was a really good size for a hotel in that area. Our room also had a mini bar which was a nice addition. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the room was always spotlessly clean when we returned from being out all day. The room never got too warm at night (we were there during spring) and the view over the green across the street was nice.

The bathroom, although very well appointed and clean, was inconveniently located up a flight of stairs, which was inconvenient during the night. The room was a bit dark. Not knowing the standard for hotel rooms in this area, this could be what we would have found at many other hotels.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was conveniently not far from the tube station and dining. The room was comfortable.
