We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The decor, the apartment had everything, there wasn’t one thing that hadn’t been thought of, it was immaculately clean and smelt so fresh and nice. Loved all the little touches, locally sourced biscuits, good quality tea bags, the pretty layout of the towels on the bed, the clever cupboard/storage of the ironing board.
