Cleaner had on;y cleaned the visible portions of the room, as under bed was a pair of dirty boxer shorts from previous occupant plus other rubbish (notified to MKhotel when i left) 2. Chair was broken 3. no lightbulbs in both bedside lights 4. duvet was as thin more like a thick sheet

Directions both postcodse and long address very unhelpful , glad I was not searching the dark. The lock on door very poor in that had to seek assistance to gain entry . Very annoying

Clean and not too warm or noisy but rather spartan. Breakfast freshly cooked and good value.

Nothing!I arrived at 12 30. Check in should be 12 and my room not ready as no toilet seat in my given room.Given another room but cleaner still in there until 1.30 approx…not her fault! The bath mat and carpet in the room was stained and filthy as were all the chairs in the bar area. I thought £ 75 was totally unacceptable for a very poor standard of accommodation.

Dirty tissues left in drawer and lozenges, needed a good hoovering up.

Disabled room unclean bathroom ceiling falling down not good, moved to another room which was much cleaner and nicer.

Found Hairs in the bed. NO HOT WATER! ABSOLUTE FAIL! HAD TO BOIL THE KETTLE TO GET CLEAN 😖😖😖😖😖😖 No milk for tea.

If you can find a different hotel then do it... we checked in went to our room and it was clear that they haven't cleaned it. Someone's used can was on the side of the bed and the bed was still a mess with a used towel on it. I paid £85 for a hotel i sort of expect some sort of standards. The staff did quickly give us another room. But its really not worth that amount of money.

The hotel was overgrown and even looked as if it may be closed. Bar/restaurant areas did not seem to be in use- perhaps it was opening again after a period of closure.

Location was close to the venue we were visiting. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable.

Underside of toilet seat had urine on it When turned down duvet cover had lots of stains on it ( it had been washed these were old stains ) These points are basic hygiene. Building looks very unkempt. Needs a refurbishment to warrant the £70 charge. Car park around the back of the hotel backs onto the rooms so lights and noise at 3am wake you up. On the whole not a patch on Premier inn or Travelodge.

The door handle to my room was broken (it fell off from outside, room 46) but didn't stop me getting in/out. Room was basic, furniture and carpets v tired/ old looking so not somewhere i would necessarily stay with my wife , however, perfect for what myself and my mate required. Reception staff v helpful.

Fairly inexpensive and ideal for an overnight stay (myself and one friend had our own rooms). We were attending Silverstone for the day so (F1 practice) so only really needed a bed/ shower etc for the night . I would stay there again in similar circumstances.

Not enough pressure or heat in the shower to wash the soap off your body. Having to tune the tv before we could use it and no remote to control it. 4 of us paid £8 each for a breakfast that was under cooked. No choice of what you were having and they were cold/undercooked. Not to mention the breakfast come out to us at 4 separate times so one of us would finish before the next one was brought out..
