The only thing that lets it down is the appalling coffee (typical of most hotels these days). The coffee machine dispenses warm brown water with no flavour.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower lovely and hot, with good pressure. There was ample choice for breakfast. The hotel was slightly ‘round the houses’ in the business park, but it was a quiet area.

More efficient breakfast staff, clearing the tables of used crockery and cutlery. We had to relocate to the lounge to get a seat to eat breakfast.

The staff were professional and friendly. The room was very good. Breakfast was more than sufficient. The location was everything we needed to get to other venues. The cost of the rooms for three days was very good. We will be back in the future.

There were some refurbishment works being undertaken, and despite the best efforts of all the staff, this did detract a little (but not majorly). We are looking forward to our stay later this week when everything should be back to normal.

IHG need to lift their game and provide SECURE wifi for guests, it’s a necessity for overseas travellers now. Entire lobby and kitchen area being re-tiled/carpeted, so no lifts (and the workmen were soooooo sloooow, we were there 3 nights and saw very little progress!) understand that’s beyond the scope of staff and they did what they could to help. Property felt a bit tired overall.

Shower drain was a little smelly at times, but nothing too bad.

Nice safe location and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy! Free breakfast with options to takeaway if needed is always a plus. There was flooring being put down while I stayed, but the staff made sure this was no inconvenience to the hotel guests, thank you for this!

A few other guests were quite noisy one night, but that's nothing that can be helped sadly.

The bathroom was a bit tired, It could have done with decorating. The staff that welcomed us didn't mention that we needed to book a time for our breakfast, we were told by a member of staff in the morning when we went down for breakfast.

There was lots of noise in the corridors and you could hear doors banging from your room. It wasn’t a huge issue to be honest but some travellers would probably be upset by this. However overall it was a nice stay

Check in was quick and easy, the location was perfect for the event we attended and the room was comfortable for a one night stay. Free parking on site was great also. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and it was of a good quality with lots of choice.

On arrival we didn't get the room we had booked and we were moved to a new room. There was confusion surrounding this move but was resolved very quickly. In general the room and bathroom were very clean, however, there were stains on the stand alone chair and on the walls by the bed.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff were quick to resolve the booking in issue.

Our room was not cleaned on our second day even though I had put out the sign Ready for Housekeeping Pillows were lumpy & not good quality

Breakfast good. On arrival we were given a Double Room & I had paid for a Kingsize , this was rectified & we were happy with our new room. Bed comfortable.
