It was absolutely perfect. The hostess has thought of everything right down to supplying everything from cereal and toast a full cooked breakfast. There are also all the necessary condiments. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils needed. In the bathroom it has complete stock of all shampoo, shower gel etc all of which is top quality brands. The location is perfect and easy to get to the main town and attractions. It is lovely and quiet and you are not overlooked and very private. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

The annexe was perfect it's a credit to the host. The added extras for example, stocked fridge for us to make breakfast, continental breakfast too, coffee machine, fruit on the table , bathroom supplies including shampoo and conditioner. Our host had unfortunately broke her leg but was in contact with us if we needed anything. The village was so quaint and quiet. A local pub across the road, brilliant food. There was onside parking and well lit.

Everything! Location was perfect, the accommodation was comfortable, clean, quiet, private, and just lovely, there aren’t enough words to describe how perfect this place is, it’s such amazing find and we will definitely be returning!! Penny, the owner, was really lovely and it’s all the little touches of luxury that make this place so perfect. from the food and supplies to fresh towels and chocolates, it really did make our stay. a perfect couples retreat.

As others have mentioned, the steps up to the annexe are a little slippy, and the shower pressure could have been a tad stronger, but these things didn't bother us or affect our enjoyment of the stay in any way.

What a fabulous little place! Absolutely everything was wonderful, and it was the perfect place to spend the morning of my wedding. It's a really spacious, well appointed room, with lots of lovely touches including all manner of lovely breakfast items. The bed was very comfortable (and I'm fussy!), the bathroom was lovely and of course it is situated in the idyllic village of East Lavant, with a fabulous pub over the road.

The slippy steps upto the Annexe. There are signs to warn you, but it’s a little tricky with heavy luggage. If you arrive late at night it is incredibly dark in the area, so we had a few problems being able to see which house we were staying in…..But well worth finding!

Chocolate Box Annexe with a beautiful garden. Everything you could possibly need and more. Absolutely loved the clever lay out, utilising every inch of space whilst hiding everything out of sight. There was even a hot water bottle! As for the fridge….. wow, it was so well stocked we couldn’t believe it. Fabulous!

Well designed annexe for 2. Well equipped with everything you need. excellent shower, comfy bed and enclosed large garden which was great for our dog. The fridge was also well stocked for breakfasts.

Perfect location to get to Portsmouth ferry and back to Jersey. Garage for parking the car in with easy access. Very clean and comfortable stay. Very well-thought-through fridge contents and extra food items to cater to all tastes. absolutely brilliant and would highly recomend it.

Wow! Having booked this property after seeing the previous reviews, we were not disappointed. The whole stay was absolutely perfect. Penny has a stunning property here, and it was incredibly well stocked. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a warm, inviting bedroom with a dining table, on which was a bowl of fresh fruit, to the side were some instructions for the complimentary WiFi as well as some boiled sweets and some chocolate eclairs. The bathroom was lovely with an incredibly high standard of finish, the bath being a shower combo, but the rainfall shower was lovely and there was an excellent supply of hot water. Bubble bath, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner on the side. The towels were large and a laundry basket provided and fresh towels were deliivered during the stay. The kitchen was superb and had everything we needed for our stay including the ingredients for a full english breakfast for the 3 days (bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, beans) as well as several choices of cereal, orange juice, a bottle of sparkling wine, milk, a filtered water jug, yoghurts, porridge, sauces and the list goes on. This was by far the best accomodation I have stayed in outside of hotels and I will most definitely be returning at some point in the future for another visit.

there was a dripping tap that I am sure will be fixed very soon, and that I could not hear once the bathroom door was closed.

I was surprised that breakfast was provided, I would not expect it in a self catering place. It was so generous that there was barely enough space in the fridge for the food I brought with me.
