The toilet was not clean. It had toilet duck liquid in it but unfortunately had some unquestionable marks on the lid and under the seat..toilet brush disgusting

The first room i went to, the ceiling had a water leak, got another room, fan in shower room didn't work, had to boil kettle on floor, side light didn't work, Breakfast not enough choice in cearals, bacon was to hard, only 2 mushrooms I had to pay £25 to book in early, when the room was already clean for me

Room needed alot of TLC. Wasn't the cleanest. Tiles in toilet loose. Door handle to main door hanging off.

The bed was seriously wobbly. When you sat on it it rocked quite badly. Could have used a fan in the room too as it was really hot when we stayed.

The step down from the shower felt a little risky for slipping, because you're also trying to keep your head down to avoid bumping it, but the shower itself was great and for the price I'm quite happy with my experience overall

Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, location was really good, 5 minute walk from the water, 15 from the beach, great amount of choice for the breakfast, good water pressure on the shower too, for the price I paid I'm very happy.

First of all, location, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff, white, super clean towels, and tea/coffee available to prepare in a room. Also water bottle ready in the fridge

Parking was hit or miss, Towel rail fell off. Shower didn't work one morning, room a bit tired.

Additional supplies of milk, coffee and sugar in the reception room would have been helpful. There were no leaflets of local attractions or events in the room, which would have been useful. A large map of Ramsgate and the surrounding area in the reception room would be useful for visitors who don't know the area.

Excellent and well cooked breakfast. The room had a good view of the public gardens, tennis courts and the sea.. Comfortable and clean room. The first room was on the second floor, which was difficult for my disabled wife, but the manager kindly moved us to another (and better) room on the floor below.

My room was an antic room, up some narrow steps. Sloped ceiling was inconvenient, I am six foot. Shower was also a tight fit. Room was warm, although, it was a very hot day.

Blackout curtains or blinds would be beneficial especially during summer months.

We were upgraded from two single shared bathroom rooms to double en suites on arrival. Chilled bottled water was available in the lounge. Wi-Fi connection was good. Thick good quality towels. Excellent breakfast and a comfortable nights sleep.

Water temp on the shower hard to control. Shower room could possibly be better reconfigured. Parking on road in a very busy square so luckily found a space.

Room was comfy really nice to have a small balcony. Very quite location. Good to have free parking.
