We weren't able to rest as we wanted. The walls look like paper, you can hear everything from other rooms, the fire doors in the corridor slam every time someone passes by to access rooms, making the bed shake. One night there was karaoke at the Pub and when it ended, customers stayed outside in front the door talking loudly or fighting until very late. They need to review the sound insulation of the windows. One morning we were woken up very early by someone cleaning the windows from the outside. The receptionist said that this only happens 3 times a year. One night there was a long fight in the next room. It started around 3am and was only interrupted about an hour later, when another guest knocked on the door and demanded silence. As we can't preddict the behaviour guests, the walls are a real problem there.

Room as pictures, met our expectations. Very good shower and has bath amenities. The reception service was excellent, they were always helpful, polite and respectful. The breakfast was ok, there wasn't much fruit, but the croissants were very good, you just have to get there early because things run out soon and they don't make replacements of some itens. The Pub is very good, great food and a good price (discount for guests). Just cross the street to get to the underground, the location is excellent. I didn't like that there was no hall, a common area where you could cook and meet guests other than in a hooligan bar. The outdoor showers were not very comfortable, and of course the place was not responsible for refunding part of the money for a reservation made more than 24 hours in advance.

The best thing was the location, the food in the beds, and that we never got cold.

We booked 4 beds in a room with 4 beds. Instead we got 2 in a 4 bedded room and 2 in a 6 bedded room. It took 2 days to fix. They did gave us free breakfast, but I'd rather had had the private room we booked

The location was very good and the breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Very late check in was fine

"Female only" toilet was out of service. You can only stay 7 days at a time. Inside the 9 beds' female room, there is no large lockers, only small. So you can't store you luggage safely, unless you store it on the large stores in the living room. There is no kitchen.

The location is excellent. Just across the Westfield shopping center. Next to the hostel, is a smaller shopping with a supermarket and cheap "pound" shops. The room is well ventilated. There is a pub next door, which belongs to the hostel. The famous and cheap Weatherspoon pub is also next door to the hostel. The toilets are quite clean. Overall it's silent in the room. There is light and plugs with USB to charge, in each bed. There is a sink with a mirror inside the room, which is nice. The living room under the hostel is very cosy with comfy sofas and tables. In this room, there is also microwave and vendor machines, with reasonable prices. There are large lockers in this living room if you need during your stay or on the day, after your checkout, but you will need coins. It's better to bring coins as staff may not be able to change. On the vending machines, you can use a card or Apple Pay, which is helpful. On the 9 beds' female room, the beds have curtains around the bed, which is great for privacy.

The bed is not comfortable ate all and I stay for 5 nights and they haven't changed my bed once.

Location is absolutely good. There is shops, restaurants, supermarkets and streets market everywhere.

Pictures of the room, what we ordered wasn't the same, what we actually got. We wanted bathroom inside of the room but actually it was outside of the room.

Location was really good. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. Also liked that there were bar below and even we attended halloween party.

Location - Fantastic! The train station just crosses the street, a lot of buses too, easy to travel. Lots of restaurant choices as well as a shopping center (Westfield) Wifi - Very Fast Bedroom - quiet and clean Bed - clean and comfy, I had a great sleep Female-only bathroom - clean

The bar was a bit overpriced and shut too early the entertainment ie karaoke went on til 12 but the bar shut earlier than that a bit strange really and no warning like a bell to say the bar was closing it just shut.

The location was very close to the station and plenty of shops around.

It’s very noisy. You could hear absolutely everything. We had a private room which has its own bathroom but others in our hallway had a shared room and bathroom. The whole of every night there were people walking in and out and you could hear everything that was done in the hallway. As well as in the room next to us. As well as the cars and people outside. The bed also sounded like it could fall apart any minute, with a thin mattress.

The location was good. Just across the street from Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield mall. Also just around the corner from a cinema. There were hooks by the front door of the room and in the bathroom which I love. The shower was nice. The room looked nice although it was very small. Lots of cafes around and places to eat.

Good location and this made it easy to have access to bus and trains to visit beautiful places in London. Also, the hostel was clean and the staffs were cool.

Unfortunately when I was there the people in my room weren’t friendly so it made it feel a bit awkward (not saying hello back or talking at all etc). Of course this isn’t necessary and not the hostel fault, but it did make it feel less welcoming.
