Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking is extremely tight. Large cars won't be able to park there.
The hotel is a really good value. Decent room quality and good location.

The property was generally a little worn in places. The air con unit in our room was really noisy, and kept us awake.
Excellent location. Staff were great. Parking spaces were a great added extra.

Everything was pleasant but the air conditioning it just doesn’t work! The bathtub and and sink was clogged if it wasn’t for these things we would have loved our stay.

The fridge wasn’t working, the sink had a crack in it, the tiles in the bathroom were dirty and the hot water tap knob was broken off so was difficult to adjust the temperature of the water

Only one issue. Door to balcony broken and couldn’t be locked, making room noisy from the traffic, and a bit cold and drafty. But it was nice to have a balcony!
Great location for Wembley arena, you couldn’t get much closer! Staff were friendly, the room was clean, modern and comfortable.

TV did not work in the room, car park is tiny (4 very tight spaces)

The receptionist was really nice and helpful and the location is amazing! I’d say it’s a good stay for one night but if you pay closer attention to the room you can see some flaws like some mold spots on the bathroom roof but it was a good value for money. The bed was really comfortable! The room had only two small windows that we could open and it wasn’t a hot day so we didn’t need to use the AC which seems to be something lots of people complain about on previous reviews.

There was a large wet patch on the bedroom floor. It looked like the floor above had had a leak or it was a leak from the air con system. Not great.
The property was in an ideal location for the stadium which was the purpose of the visit. Staff were very friendly.

The room was very comfortable. There was no temperature control button / knob on the shower. The temp could not be adjusted. I did have a shower but it was too cold for my wife.

The car park was so small even a small car struggled with parking and there were sweeping brushes and piles of rubbish black bags in some of the parking spots which made it impossible to park and turn around. The carpet in the room had a huge stain on the floor. Windows couldn’t be seen out of. Air conditioning unit wasn’t the best and at times cut out. The light panel didn’t work on one side of the bed.
Location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed it for.

I thought the property was quite dark and dated and grubby in places. I didn’t feel it was luxurious and would only rate it 2/3 star. It was more than adequate for one night for a concert but I wouldn’t want to stay there for a longer period.
The gentleman at reception both on the Friday and Saturday was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing for concerts at Wembley, walking distance only 10/15 mins away!!! We were completely exhausted after being on our feet all day so had no trouble sleeping, the beds were comfortable.

Even though I wanted a double bed, they combined two single beds and it kept separating in the middle. Also, it was so soft that when you sit back and lean on it, it collapsed.

For the price paid, there is no attention to detail whatsoever. Found a dead fly on the bedside table, tv remote did not work, bathroom amenities were not restocked (had to go to reception twice), the fitted carpet has not been cleaned in years it seems. The bed is too soft. The personnel is functional but not friendly. Breakfast not included. Had to go up 3 storeys of stairs as lift was being cleaned in the middle of the afternoon. Overall it would be fine if not for the exorbitant price paid expecting a luxurious 4 star hotel quality stay. Next time I am opting for a chain hotel.
The location is fantastic for going to a concert at Wembley. The air conditioning worked great as it was very hot in London. The bathroom is comfortable.

Broken carpet by bed wheel, shower dripped all night, no hot water and no didn’t have time to contact reception as can only check in at 3 and we took a while to find property, also price for this hotel normally £59 a night and we paid £369 plus taxes and £50 deposit, breakfast needs to accommodate traditional English not only continental!
