Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe property is dated, it's very different from the photos. I was a bit disappointed when I entered the room. Some metal parts in the toilet is a bit rusty. I think the property needs an renovation. We heard frequent loud noise at night from our neighbours and that was a bit disturbing. Laundry was a bit expensive. You'll need 2 pounds for washing and 2 pounds for drying. And bring you own detergent.
Check-in process was hassle free. You'll need a pass code to enter the property. The location is prime, Shepherd's Bush Station and Holland Park Station are under 10 min walk. There is a Tesco and some restaurants nearby. The district is safe, but the traffic is usually quite busy. The room is spacious, and you get a basic kitchen in the room. You can request for amenities via their portal.

This property is on a busy road but this did not concern us as we had checked on this before we booked. The instructions sent were very helpful for our arrival. The space was fairly small but perfect for a short stay. Good amount of hanging space & hangers which you don't always get. The double bed was not great. There was an extra rim sticking out around the edge of the bed & in a small space such as this was almost a hazard. Every time you moved the bed creaked very loudly! There was a hob, kettle & coffee maker & a few tea bags & coffee pods which was unexpected. No toaster though which I understand. All in all we really appreciated our stay & I'm sure we will return.

United Kingdom- Intercom phone was defectively in "on status" continuously which transmit street noise directly to the room over the nights. - Frying pan is getting worn and should be replaced. - High staircases which was really a challenge to climb up with 2 pieces of heavy luggage. Should consider to provide a small portable automatic luggage lifter for customers. This device is getting popular these days to mitigate staircases. Besides benefiting customers, this device might also increase the marketability of your rooms in upper floors, especially to senior customers. My pleasure to share more related information with you. - Bed was uncommonly high. I am 5 feet and a half and be frank need to climb on it. Might have hidden risk for senior customers. - Bed seems a little bit small, although I am not big. - A metal window handle near to the hob seems loosen. Suggest to check and fix.
-Excellent and very convenient location to bus stops, tube station, supermarkets and Westfield Shopping Centre. - A stylish elegant building with a traditional horse rein holder (the black iron fixture) besides the front door. -Nice, spacious and very clean room, toilet and corridor. - Bed is comfortably hard, although it is a very personal preference. -Full set of cooking utensil, including oven, which promoted me to appreciate quality British cuisine, such as lamb steaks. -Bright lighting for reading. -Comfortable window views with trees, especially under a sunny morning. Very good ventilation after opening windows.

United KingdomYou will definitely hear the very busy road noises at any time of the day and night as the windows are not double-glazed windows. You will hear your neighbours cook and/or poop (yes you read that correctly!) at any time of the day and night as walls are paper-thin walls. You will hear the cleaners banging on the walls at 8.30AM with the hoover even though you just wanted an extra hour sleep! In conclusion, bring earplugs!!!
Amazing location next to Holland Park - very cosy and chill residential vibes with nice little shops and coffee places. Very safe and secure accommodation: entry code for the main door, room key in a lock box with another code, double locks on each room door from inside and outside. I was on the top floor so it was great and the room was of a very decent size for one or two persons. It even had an iron and a hair dryer in the cupboard - very much appreciated! All the amenities you'd expect from a studio room, very nice and clean. The pillows are SO amazing!!! Very nice bathroom even though the towel dryer wasn't working (?) but I didn't need it by myself. The water pressure in the shower was really good. Be careful though, hot water is very HOT! PS. Don't expect cleaners to come clean your room every day because as it is explicitly written in their Fine Print information, they only offer this service if you book for more than 7 days and request for it. I didn't expect it because I had already read ALL the information very thoroughly before booking this accommodation for 3 days! :)
