After check out you can leave your bags at the reception but it’s a tiny space and guests come in and out so don’t leave valuable things.

The location is very good! So close to Earls Court station, with lift both at the station and at the property! Staff were friendly and helpful, we got upgraded to a better room, and were very happy and grateful as we just lost our luggages :(

The room was a bit small in some areas ie making it difficult to pass between the bed and the wall with the TV hanging on it. Although this was not a big issue for me.

Very clean and well kept with great attention to the furnishings, decor and lighting etc . It was marvellous located close to a number of Transport links to travel to and from major tourist attractions and shopping areas

It was in a quiet area that was still very close to public transport that would take you into the city. It was also clean with all relevant amenities.

Rooms were small, but we were expecting this. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay for a concert. I think the room would be a tad pokey if you were looking to stay for a longer amount of time.

Super clean, modern room. Clearly a new refurb, so everything was reflective of that. Comfortable stay and perfect for a quick overnight stay. Excellent location for Earls Court tube station too, about a 10 min walk if that.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Room on entry was spotless and lovely towel fold on arrival. It’s ‘cosy’ but perfect for one/two people, I was on the second/third floor. Location amazing, 4 mins to Earls Court tube, in lovely area with plenty of quiet streets, garden squares. Direct access from Heathrow on Piccadilly Line - 45 mins to T2, and to the District Line. Highly recommend The Blackbird pub (3 mins straight walk) for breakfast. Did lengthy early morning walks to Thames, Battersea Park, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, 20 mins would get you to all locations. There for concert in Royal Albert Hall, easy walk to it. Hotel was renovated 2025, lovely building. En suite shower excellent, great water pressure. Kettle worked fine, staff provided extra milk n sugar 2 mins after asking. Rooms very well soundproofed, window opened for extra air to the rear and zero noise. Fantastic stay and hotel for a 1-3 night stay. Would return in a heartbeat, thanks so much to the hotel team and Booking.com.

Left my airpods there, rang 10 minutes after leaving, the guy at reception found them in my room, I did offer to pay for the postage and was told that wasn't an option and they'd hold them for 2 weeks before disposing. This was disappointing to be very honest.

Rainforest shower (size and quality). Ambience, soundproofness and lighting for good night sleep. Practical location access of power points.
