We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRooms quite basic, needed a bit of tlc but comfortable - apart from pillows which seemed new but not soft - like a huge boulder! I ended up rolling up towels instead!
Great family room, kids room up little stairs to a second floor! Lovely views over beach. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel, with the best location. Big and comfy rooms, the triple or quadruple room very handy for large families.

United KingdomThe rest of the hotel is under a refurbishment, we would have loved to have breakfast available at the property and use of the communal areas. Although we do understand the work needed to be done Again outside the property has a lovely decking area which just needs a good refresh for the summer.
Beautiful location right on the beach. Easy walk of the lovely Hythe High Street. It’s currently under renovation and we had a freshly renovated room. It was immaculate. The staff went out of their way to help us and we had fresh towels every day. The rooms were spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Greg in particular is an asset to the company and has pride in his work.

United KingdomI booked for compact double with sea view. Room allocated didnt have sea view unless guest looked in the mirror. Paid extra for another room. Booking.com wouldn't refund the original payment stating that Stade Court categorised the room allocated as "sea view". Stade Court wouldn't refund either so ended up with hours on phone, and still unresolved. The staff at Hythe were as helpful as they could be, but it appears HQ refused to refund . I therefore paid for two room , whilst occupying one.

Everything was clean and friendly at the Hotel. Certain areas could to with a refresh, cracked tiles, cleaning in corners in bathrooms... but overall felt clean. Breakfast was non existent as the friendly chap on reception was also running to the kitchen to cook breakfasts and he seemed under pressure so I didn't bother with breakfast. Otherwise a nice stay and would recommend as value for money.
