Room service food would have been good if it had been warm! I had deluxe room but heating didn’t work was on the cold side.

Pool changing rooms could do with a refresh.

Clean and modern large room (superior). Extra bed provided free of charge. Staff are really friendly. Lobby is lovely, bar food was really good. Kids meal was excellent value for money. Second stay here, would definitely return. Room was also excellent value. Pool was basic, everything you need. Towels provided for £1. £1 coin needed for locker.

The family rooms are spacious but strangely lacking in design and don't feel as homely compared to other rooms.

Staff were really helpful, considerate and all engaged with our 8 month old (which doesn't always happen in hospitality). We could also use the drop off spot when loading/unloading which really made our lives so much easier! We enjoyed breakfast too. We will definitely return.

Everything was a little tired and dark. Indeed of a refresh and modernization. Especially the leisure club changing area.

The leisure centre closed early on Sunday. The breakfast was available till 9.30am but they didn't put out fresh pastries at 9am even though only butter croissant left.

The rooms were spacious, they accomodated our needs and got 2 rooms next to each other with the doors open between the rooms. Both included an extra bed so we could decide who sleeps in which room. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was nice, warm and clean The steam room was out of order, but the sauna was nice. Thw breakfast was delicious.

The stay was great. We left something at the hotel and took me over 6 attempts for someone to locate it. Each time nobody got back to me.

A perfect base for visiting Warwickshire and surrounding areas. The hotel was easy to find in lovely countryside, modern and clean with great facilities. To be honest it was quite plush and that made our weekend away even nicer for a bargain break. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. We will definitely visit again.

Breakfast was lovely but run out of pastries early on & did not replenish stating there were no more, this shouldn't happen in a fairly big hotel.

- Room was not ready for 3pm checkin time. - Children not allowed to use jacuzzi as usually didn't find this restriction at many other places stayed at previously.

- Access to swimming pool. - Beds were comfortable - Staff were friendly and helpful. Her name was silvia. Room was not ready for checkin time but she ensured one room gets ready quickly and even offered late checkout till 12pm rather than 10:30. - Breakfast was good with option of vegeterian sausage which was nice.

Check out was at 10 went down for breakfast when we came back the door was locked we couldn't get back into room and it was only 9.50 so had to go back to reception to get another key card

We didnt get everything we wanted for dinner (no yorkshire puddings with the kids roast) so would have appreciated the advance warning of things running out on the menu, but otherwise fine.

The room was clean and spacious, but really the best thing about the place is the staff, everyone was so great with my son and helped us throughout.

the car parking was a little confusing as to which part we could park in.

The hotel was lovely. We had a superior double which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good, a good choice and the cooked breakfast was fresh considering the number of diners, plenty to eat and good quality. Friendly welcome and friendly staff.

The swimming pool is outside - when it’s raining it’s not a pleasant walk! But that’s not a genuine complaint!!! Just that I can’t think of anything really!!
