The breakfast. the food was okay but some things did not work properly and the staff, when you could find one, seemed rushed off there feet. Not their fault, management need to employ more.

We had a disability suite, it had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay, including food storage and cooking facilities. would highly recommend this apartment for a short self catering stay. Plenty to see and do and all within a suitable distance if your partner requires mobility aids eg Mobility scooter / wheelchair. We took a small mobility scooter and were allowed to take it in to and charge it in our suite. The London style taxis will take a small mobility scooter and we also pre booked it on to the train.

Very minor but it would be helpful to have a towel ring in the bathroom for hand towels and your windows needed cleaning.

It was well located for our weekend trip. The room was very spacious and it was great to have the kitchenette facility. It was a trip for my husband's birthday and they approved my request for a room with a view. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Whilst the car park was full the hotel have a very reasonable rate at the nearby Kings car park.

Decent English and adequate Continental breakfast, but for veggies basically only chopped lumps of bell pepper in assorted colours - no dressings or olive oil, no rices or beans, etc - nothing to make it a cohesive meal for anyone not wishing to have ketchup or baked beans. Mould on a bagel! The gym doesn't have (isn't really big enough for) dumbbells. No extractor fan in the en suite bathroom.

Modern and stylish apartment hotel in a great location - the waterfront probably being the best area to stay in the city. Everything you could need to prepare meals in your room. Staff were good (though not exceptional) at welcome/check out. Free proper coffee machine and laundry room services two big plus points.

The only thing that could have been improved was the internet. It was very straightforward to connect and most of the time it was okay. However there were times when it dipped and I couldn't get online.

I had a wonderful time there. The room was amazing and the hotel was so beautiful. To reception staff were really lovely and chatty. I loved the drinks machine in the Hub and the breakfast is wonderful.

The bathroom would have been improved with a proper towel rail also good lighting and shelf for doing hair and makeup either in the bathroom or bedroom. A bit more choice for breakfast.

Location could not have been better. The social evening was a real bonus. Kitchen area was very well equipped. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view (407).

I think the room rate is a little steep. The breakfast was a little short on items shown in the room menu. We stayed one night (Sat to Sun) but longer would have been better.

The Staybridge Suites are in a prime location next to the Albert Dock and parking is also available in the basement which is a bonus. This was the third time we'd stayed there and it felt great to be back again as it instantly provides a feel good factor. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and they go the extra mile to offer an excellent service to their guests. Our room had everything you could require for a comfortable stay and it was spotlessly clean. There is a good selection of food for breakfast also the complimentary social evenings are most welcome. Thank you to everyone for making our stay a memorable one and we can't wait to return!

The room wasn’t cleaned at all during our 4 day stay, although we were able to change our towels on request. We were told about no cleaning at the weekend which is unusual for hotels.

The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Kitchen facilities were well equipped and the room space was very good. The shower was good with nice toiletries.
