Amazing. Fantastic facilities in the spa and hotel, really helpful staff and beautiful, comfortable rooms. All the staff were brilliant but a special mention to Louise in the spa for going out of her way to support a member of our group with mobility issues using the spa. She made the experience really easy and was extremely kind and helpful!

Our room 203 was not good. This was a spa hotel, intended for relaxation.However, we discovered the kitchen extractor fans were located near our room and on from around 8.30 am and didn't go off until after 9.30pm.- not conducive to relaxation! When we complained we were offered a move but only at our own expense to an upgrade of £150 per night, which we felt was quite cheeky to be honest!! Its hardly our fault that the fans are on so long! We do not intend coming again.

the infinity pool is so small with the amount of people who were allowed in, and it would be pleasant to have an indoor pool as well. I understand space is an issue but just an opinion.

The Indian head massage was shocking… more of an arm and shoulder massage. Didn’t concentrate on the head as we had thought and saw online…. Felt shocked at the scratching behind the ears and around round face … like you would scratch a dog. For £60 each as bought for my daughter as part of her bday present it was appalling. Was not worth that at all… we did complain and had 50 precent off it, I don’t feel it was worth £30 … the atmosphere was not calming as all you could hear was breathing of people in the room… music could of been louder. Was very disappointed. Especially as the hotel prides itself on the spa. The actual pool and saunas were great….. the products you could use to put on your face 2 of them empty. I think a review on the head massage needs to be addressed as the experience was a let down and poor. Didn’t feel relaxed …

Absolutely loved the hotel, totally central to Saundersfoot. Stunning location overlooking the harbour. Room was really comfortable, great shower and had a balcony with a sea view. Food was stunning - breakfast had a lot of variety and you could choose a cooked option on top of the usual cereal etc. Evening menu wasn't vast but the food was delicious, great presentation of the food and the staff were really helpful & friendly. I used the spa during my stay and booked a full body massage. This was carried out in a room overlooking the harbour/Saundersfoot - stunning view. Massage was exceptional. Best I have ever had and the young lady was very professional and welcoming.
