No space to chill out in before you head to your room. The rooms are very small and they get pretty hot.

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. All staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic and clean, ideal if your just using it as a base.

The bathroom to my room was in the corridor and has mould and smelled rather fusty. It's quite a noisy street and the heating was rattling

How close it was to the embassy that had to pick a passport up from. Easy check in and walking distance from Victoria Station.

Very good location, secure parking near by, although expensive. Hotel is good value, clean, very good value and the staff very helpful. It would be good to start breakfast earlier.

We asked for an iron we got give two neither worked which I feel like should have been a basic, the room was very small but manageable.

Room was definetely too small! Couldn't really open the door because of the bett and had to lift my suitcase over the bed to get it into the room.

Had everyrhing you need plus you could book your breakfast for 10£ and 24hours front desk. The bathroom really suprised me as it was really modern.

The family room was a bit more ‘worn’ than the individual room I stayed in. Not as airy, too.

Friendly staff and always available. It made us feel safe and they also kindly watched our luggage when we were making short trips to car etc.

When people complain about how small it all is, they are correct. The stairway is narrow and room had zero floor space for luggage, so if you have 3 people in a triple room, it will be tight. There is no lift, so be prepared to haul your luggage.

The location was perfect since we needed to be near Victoria Coach Station. The price was good.

Room was a lot smaller than I thought and the shower didn’t really work in our room so that was quite disappointing. Also, we had to walk up a lot of stairs and as a pregnant woman on the top floor, I did struggle but other than that was lovely!

The staff member was lovely and bed was really comfy.

There was a plug stuck in the sink when we arrived and it didn't get resolved until 10:30 pm. We also didn't have working lights so had to use the torch on my phone to see I the bathroom, I contacted reception and they tried to get it fixed but it was gone 10:30 and my son needed to sleep. No discounts were offered for our inconvenience.

Breakfast was OK, location and price fantastic. Shower was strong and bed was comfy

Strong paint smell, ladder outside the door in the evening, no wet paint signs ( although was told,after a celebration and a few drinks did forget) , got paint on an expensive furr coat
