Only double and one single bed made up. Booked for 3 adults....Grandparent, Mum and adult daughter but must have assumed couple plus one. Not discovered till late at night so too late to report. Fortunately had own spare bedding with us to transfer to daughter so just used that. Towels provided but no large bath/shower towel and not great quality. They were clean and fresh smelling though! Bedside light in double didn't reach plug socket and had to search for extension lead for bedside light in twin room. Location of lock box not clear from close up photo when entering via carpark. Friendly neighbours helped! Instructions said lock box code on booking confirmation.....but different one sent on day after contacting owner. £50 cleaning fee added after booking. Is this a returnable deposit??

Excellent location for university graduation ceremony. Ground floor access for guest with walking difficulties. Off road parking available. Nice extra touches...Manchester themed artwork, diffusers, air freshener, hand-wash, washing-up liquid & cloths and some tea/coffee. Whitworth Park close by in good weather. Enough basic facilities and equipment for short stay.

On the surface looked fine, but very basic and could do with a deep clean. Cuttlery draw dirty / crockery not clean / dirty kitchen towel & washing up sponge. Extractor fan in bathrooms not working / wet floors after showering

- one bed you could feel the springs quite badly - towels were only provided for 4 people when 5 were staying. Poor quality and not very big - knives to cook were very dull - the provided toiletries seemed watered down. - toilet paper was very very cheap - the smoke alarms kept going off even when we made toast (not burnt) - main entrance for the door is a bit difficult to get in

The property was accessible and cosy for a break.

It was cold when we arrived but the host immediately sorted that out. It could do with the towel rails working in the bathrooms though. The cleaning cloths in the kitchen needed replacing.

Excellent location. Near the hospital I was attending and very near lots of shops, restaurants and pubs and a lovely park. A nice little flat, well decorated and all you could need for your stay.

No hot water what so ever from any tap, was only there for one night so it didn’t really bother us but would have liked to freshen up. Hallways to get the actual apartment had no lights and was literally pitch black and not us looking goofy trying to find the switch. Had to wait half hour outside property waiting for code to enter the apartment, we did make the host aware of arrival time a couple of days in advance and still had to wait half hour outside for the code.

Easy access, plenty space, ideal having private parking. Close to public transport links. Host was very good with communication, nothing was too much trouble. Made our weekend stress free!

Location Fantasic for us,as our visit was to go see our Grandson in the nearby hospital, lovely apartment other than the neighbours banging there door till gone 11 at night ,apartment could do with a lick of paint here and there and the bathroom tiles could do with a good clean as mould is coming through also mould inside the window,and the settee could do with replacing as I had to sit on a pillow it was that uncomfortable, gotta say the double bed was very comfy.Nothing about the above would put me off in returning. The hosts communication was second to none couldn't fault that at all.So we had a lovely stay only if it was to the hospital and back..

The property was very dirty on arrival there were hairs inside the beds and mould in the bathroom and bedroom! The sofa is broken and really uncomfortable .

Location was perfect for us. It was close to shops but not too close to be noisy. Our host guided us to collect the keys and enter the apartment. Apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. We would recommend the property for staying in Manchester and are very pleased we got to say here
