We had a room that looked over the water which was lovely; sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. Although the evening dinner menu was limiting, the food was of a high standard. The drinks were reasonably priced.

The only reason for not getting a 10 is how cramped it was at bfast with the queue running through the guests enjoying their food.

Stunning location and beautiful cabin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food delicious and both bar and food reasonably priced. Stunning rear deck to watch sunset with a drink and location fantastic for Excel events and other food providers along the promenade. This is a real spoil yourself and unique kind of stay at very reasonable London prices! Dont hesitate you wont regret it. Staff happy to store bags post checkin/ check out whilst you explore!

The breakfast was chaos, all laid out wrong, people getting in each other’s way, when you went to the hot buffet most of the things were run out, and trying to fill your plate was a juggling act as there was nowhere to put the lids of the dishes and nowhere to rest your plate so trying to hold your plate and rest the lid somewhere so you could use the tongs was not easy, despite that the food tasted nice and there was lots of choice

Unfortunately our air conditioning was on all night switched it off but made no difference very noisy breakfast was nice but a buffet breakfast is always a bit chaotic table service would have been better

It was amazing . The room was massive with a separate sofa area. Big bed . Stunning views from the outside bar seating area of the cable cars and the city of London. One of my best stays ever ❤️

The restaurant, a little bit our fault for coming in late due to delays. But we arrived 15 min before last sitting at the restaurant, and they closed us off even when reception had said its okay. I found it a bit awkward, but I can understand why.

I liked the whole concept of the hotel. The place was very clean. Very secure with good policies regulating people coming into the facilities.

It was amazing we had an executive room with a river view but we got upgraded to the wheel room which was huge with a massive balcony it was the whole of the front of the boat the balcony and rooms We got a free mini bar which was a delight Bed was so comfortable The hotel was so quite and a great breakfast with hot and cold food buffet style which was fresh Such a lovely stay would definitely recommend

Gorgeous hotel with some stunning decor and lovely sized, spacious rooms. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and just beautiful. Breakfast was also very good. Thankyou to the Sunborn Yacht Hotel.

Great location right by a train station so easily accessible. Right near cable car link over to the o2 and easy access to the uber river boat. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely go back. Breakfast was lovely, tasty and lots of choice
