This guest house is simply superb! Every aspect of this lovely establishment has been meticulously designed to ensure an exceptional stay for its guests. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be returning in the future. The guest house exudes style and offers amazing food. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable, deserving a 5-star rating.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I personally would have liked more heat in the room but it wasn’t that bad. I suppose when you are older ( and I’m 80 years old) you feel the cold more. But it’s not a terrible criticism, it certainly wouldn’t deter me from going again.

Everything about this establishment was tastefully done. The dining room was superb and well stocked. The furnishings were good quality. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, it was a thoroughly nice place in every respect. I would seriously recommend it to anyone.

As soon as walked into park view it was just WOW this place is just outstanding. The rooms are Beautifully done , bedrooms have lovely bedding and and lovely furniture and lovely Carperts, a can’t fault this place. No chipped paint no cobwebs the place is spotless . Free parking just outside and a lovely 10 minute walk though the park gates to the sands . Anyone reading this give yourself a lovely break and stay hear ❤️You won’t be disappointed

We liked the cleanliness, character and facilities of the guest house. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast excellent. The location in North Bay was convenient and quiet which suited us.

Really friendly people, breakfast was lovely. Nice clean room (room 11) with really really comfy bed and en-suite. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room. Right next to the beautiful Peasholme park and a 2 minute walk to bus stop for South Bay and railway station. About a 4 minute walk to the North Bay Beach which has a couple of nice bars and cafes. You can get an open top bus to South Bay from opposite the lovely Watermark cafe. Walkable to Scarborough castle, but very steep. 15 minute walk along the coast line to Sea Life. Walkable along the coast line from North Bay to South Bay approximately 20 mins for abled walkers.

Great location next to Peasholme park. Lovely breakfast. Amazing room, very modern and comfortable. Will be staying again next year. My son loves it here.

Would have liked a little more room in the shower/toilet room - it was slightly cramped, but I managed ok.

Excellent location for cricket matches at Scarborough Cricket Club. Breakfast was very good. Lovely shower. Didn't use TV so can't comment on that. It's a fair way to walk to venues such as Stephen Joseph Thetare and The Spa, but I enjoy a good walk so that didn't bother me. Peasholm Park and the North Bay Miniature Railway are on the doorstep

Gorgeous b&b. Very warm welcome and a lovely comfortable room with a fab sized en-suite. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent location for open air theatre and a nice walk down to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Where to start?? This B&B is a gem!!! Perfect location for if you're going to a concert at the Open Air Theatre...or for the peaceful location of Scarborough's North Bay...so friendly...immaculate rooms... but yet a home from home... If you choose to have the breakfast option... which we did, you will not be disappointed, just the right portion size...fresh fruit, choice of yoghurts, fresh juices...you are spoilt 👌 😋....definitely returning here for future concert dates!!! 💛
