The area outside the caravan was flooded when we arrived. The owners bent over backwards trying to get it sorted but the park staff and 2C who we booked through were really unhelpful. The flood did dry up by the next morning so I don’t think it’s a regular problem unless there has been a huge storm as there was the night before we arrived.

The owners were lovely and the caravan was perfect for myself,a friend and our 2 daughters. There was everything we needed in the caravan and the decking was a bonus.

Three small problem with the caravan (1) the hot water tap in the shower was very hard to turn back to cold when the shower is running (2) one of the bed legs on the pull out bed in the living room was bent and made it a bit difficult to get the bed out (3) there was only one pillow for the pullout bed in the living room

Upon arrival at the caravan, we could not open the box where the keys were. The code that we were given did not match. In the contacts we only had the phone number of the company 2cHolidays, which was impossible to contact. We were stressed and did not know how to get inside. Thanks to the neighbor in the caravan who knew the owner of the caravan and contacted her. We were outside with our things for more than an hour from 8.30 p.m. to 10. There were dirty pillows, a dirty blanket, a dirty shower, the toilet brush was in shit (sorry). There was only hot water in the shower. We came from the sea all in sand and could not take a shower, but an hour later they turned the water to medium temperature. The batteries in the fire alarm died and it beeped every hour all night. The next night, the neighbors started a fight and shouted and knocked until 2 a.m. It was terrible. We got stress, not rest.

The cleanliness of the caravan was poor , the dust on the blinds were really bad especially in areas where you expect a level of hygiene bathroom and kitchen, the cutlery and crockery could do with at least a hot wash , crumbs in draws and there was a throw in one of the draws in living room that absolutely stank , the heater in living room did not work and the water temperature in the shower was so hot that it was dangerous to use , the mixer tap was virtually stuck on HOT .

Very muddy access - no pavers on the grass so a wt bog greeted you when you stepped out of the decking.

Dirty caravan . Looked clean at first but dirty behind doors , smelt of dogs . Now they are trying to charge us £42 for a single and double mattress protector and a quilt that had a stain on . They said that they couldn’t spot clean it ? The mattress protectors can and should be put into a machine to be cleaned

Pool shut at 7pm, and its really a kiddy pool as shallow all across, great for kids to swim at, got too crowded to swim.

A walk to the beach about 5mins, have to cross the main busy road first.

A parking space next to the caravan would have been nice, but we always found a space a little walk away. Maybe some hooks on the bathroom door for towels, and a solar light on the veranda above the steps - it was very dark in the evening, but our phone torches sufficed!

Excellent facilities, everything you require for your stay was thought about and provided. Very clean throughout, and very comfortable. Easy check in, good instructions. So good, we have booked again for next year!

The fact that no bed linen supplied. I thought the extra price to hire this was a little steep for just a 2 day stay....so packed my own, which obviously caused more weight in the suitcase and travelling by public transport...not easy...being pensioners! Most caravan hire supply this and is included in the price! But in saying that, the duvets and pillows supplied were warm, clean and comfortable!
