Perhaps the distance to the sites. Wish it had been a little closer to the Royal Mile but all in all it was very good

Great location. Just out of the city centre but easy access, quick on buses or by foot. Much better value for money than staying in the city centre. Great restaurants right by the property. Warm, comfortable.

Not much other than steps to it was a bit hidden. It was also a target for someone who had to much to drink and got sick by the gate - not to pleasant to walk past.

Very clean and well presented. Had everything we needed and having coffee and tea was a great start to our visit. Shops to get some groceries are close by and we even enjoyed a take-away delivery! Walking distance to Royal Mile, but bus stop outside if walking is not possible.

There was a gas leak on arrival. Destination Edinburgh went above and beyond to solve the issue and most importantly look after us in the process. The apartment was very comfortable, cosy, and had everything we needed ❤️ It was an easy 20 minutes walk right into the centre of the city.

Bright and spacious . Fabulous tall ceilings. Very comfortable beds. Buses to everywhere we wanted to go from right outside the door.

It really needs another bathroom. One loo for 6 people is not easy. There is space in one of the rooms for an en-suite.

Straightforward, spacious apartment, warm, clean and functional. Good bedding and towels. Kitchen well equipped. Good restaurant next door/below for drinks and breakfast. No noise heard.

The main bathroom's floor has a significant slant and therefore the toilet is not level to sit on. The shower is great. The ensuite shower didn't work very well. The bathroom exhaust fans are not very effective, a common problem we found throughout UK and Europe.

Good accommodation for family with young adults. Easy walk into old town and Arthur's Seat. Great to be able to cook meals. Very cheap and good value.

The only small thing is maybe a stand-alone shower.

We loved everything about this place! Excellent instructions to access the property; Spacious apartment, ideal for family of 4 ; even 5 would fit. Beds were super comfortable, loads of room in the bedrooms. Living area and kitchen just brilliant. 50-60m walk to an awesome little restaurant, with great beers on tap, and it converts to a live-music place at night. We wished we had more time to enjoy Edinburgh and this apartment - we will be back, and will stay here!! Easy to catch buses.

The only very minor gripe was that the temperatures dropped on our first night and it got a bit cold during the night, but it was easy enough to resolve using the thermostat (albeit it's in one of the bedrooms, so you risk waking up the people in that room if you want to change it for the benefit of the other bedroom).

This is a great base for Edinburgh and suited is really well for a family trip (two children under 5), even with a few stairs to navigate to the first floor flat at number 11. The apartment was quiet in spite of its excellent location, with buses from the city centre bringing you almost straight to the front door. Our weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) meant we were able to find free street parking a couple of blocks away.

The apartments were exactly as expected, with plenty of room and very comfy beds. The location is only a short hop into the centre of town, and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants on the doorstep also. Would highly recommend, Thanks for a great stay.

Some of the finishes were not great but just being picky now real home from home.

First time in air BnB and was very happy with the apartment tea, coffee towels etc...easy to get to, bus stop just outside the gate. Was worried it may be a bit cold but shouldn't have if anything maybe to hot during the night.

An excellent, spacious apartment for 2 couples and a teenager. Comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. In a convenient, safe location. No complaints!
