Housekeeping knocks your door early in the morning although there was privacy on the door. One lady cleaned the room and didn't refill toilet paper or towels, so we had to ask once we saw her in the corridor. Then they knocked out of nowhere saying they are just checking. The room smelled like disgusting sweat of the personnel after they cleaned up which was not the best (we had 2 rooms). The cabinet under the sink was broken in one of the rooms, no hot water from the shower even my daughter wanted to stay in the tub however couldn't since the water was lukewarm to cold. You can hear everything or every noise in the corridor specially at nightfall. There is nothing in the surrounding besides a McDonalds, but that's fine for short stay as the prices of small bottles of water in the lobby was high...

We like this place because it was close to the airport and we could book it right away once our flights were disrupted. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful since I had to rebook for another night. The staff at the Sports Bar were just top notch, they were quick when we ordered food to go (dinner) and helped us very quickly and efficiently. Akshay & Lalldeo at the reception were very caring as professional. There is a Starbucks in the lobby so quick to get some great coffee and hot sandwiches as well. They also have an Uber station so you can order one from the lobby without using your own device as well as the Hoppa Bus to the airport if needed. They provided us with a trolley since we had lots of suitcases so we could push it to our rooms. The rooms were cleaned nicely and very well lit and they offer one bottle of water complimentary in the room.

The ac didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work until we found out the fuse box wasn’t connected, phone was hit and miss and bathroom outdated. Wardrobe cupboards were jammed so couldn’t access one half of it where there was more room and a safe.

Staff don't automatically replace Toilet Paper and Tea/Coffee accessories or ask if need to any cause of 3 day's stay with 4 people.

Very near to Heathrow Airport only take less than 10 mins if you take Uber or Bolt and Public Transport also less than 15 mins to Sheraton Skyline Hotel.

Unfortunately our room was too hot and the air conditioning didn’t work and controls appeared broken. Overall the decor was a bit faded but it didn’t affect our visit.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was good,great selection.

The first king room they had for us previous people had broken the lamp shade, we reported it & they gave us another king room .

The hotel was in a great location, especially when returning a car hire from across the road. Quick access to Heathrow Airport. They gave us access to the buffet lounge suits, which was very nice

VERY convenient for Terminal 2 @Heathrow; a short 5 ' bus ride away. We allowed an extra day due to potential disruptions by train strike, so also had a free day pottering around London. Staff at reception and in hotel were very good & friendly

Price was good but a few quid cheaper would have been good, restaurant and sport bar was good but need more seating for bar drinkers

I found the constant noise from the AC annoying, even after I switched off the fan, there was a hum that never stopped. You could see calcification from hard water in the bathroom, otherwise the bathroom was clean though.

The room had everything I needed, even a couch and bathtub. The bed was huge. You can get straight to the hotel's front door by HotelHoppa. Watch, though, the direct bus only goes once every hour, the one to the Radisson Blue few minutes walk away goes twice an hour. Between the 2 there's a bus roughly every 20 min.

Pool and bars around pool not available at all through our stay we chose the hotel because of pool so for 2 days we felt a bit let down, the very small bar in restaurant was always busy so no seats
