Breakfast not included, found it quite expensive.

Newly refurbished, everywhere nice, clean and tidy. Bathroom lacked towel rail/hooks to hang towels, but all new and clean.

Some little things (that didn't really bother us for one night) no kettle / tea coffee making facilities, no glass in the bathroom, decor a tadge weary and walls stained, the toilet roll in a position that even Olga Korbut in her day, would have struggled to reach.

Lovely welcome, a much bigger place than it looks from the outside, we got the feel it is in the middle of a refurb, for the price great.

Plugs in the bedroom did not work. Only one of the two by the bed worked and that made drying my hair a challenge as I was too far from the mirror.

The staff were very attentive and helpful

A little loud around the hotel at times, hearing other guests and sounds outside the windows, but understand that it's an old building. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom, which was fine, but would have liked a glass to be able to pour myself a glass of water without needing to leave the room.

A decent price for being a central Stourbridge location. Parking on site was very helpful. Wifi had a good signal in my room.

That there was no tea, coffee facilities or glasses for drinks if needed.

Room was clean and tidy. Basic, no drinks/refreshments. Floors bit squeaky. Looked bit on slant going by rails on walls. Overall was adequate for our needs. Didn't eat or drink there, so I can't comment. Walked to weatherspoons. Would go back, for price and value.

Limited food availability, but plenty of alternatives for an evening meal.

In the town centre, 5 mins from bus and rail station, and (from rear entrance) 2 mins from leisure centre pool. Friendly staff, well heated room, quaint historic dining room.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There are no cups or glasses in the room so you can’t have a glass of water at night. The door to the room did not lock so when you left the room you can push on the door and it opened, totally unsecure.

Breakfast is fine and the shower is good.

There is nothing like a glass or beaker in the room. They take a £50 deposit for damage yet they don’t appear to either check or react. Often I have to don small running repairs

    It’s refurbed and local
