The room wasn't very clean. Staines on the wall, dust build up on bed walls ect, dirty work counters and crockery. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. ( I am booked back in to stay again. I'm just pointing this out).

The only gripe and it's nothing major, the flat could probably benefit from a bit of TLC, a lick of paint and maybe re do the sealant and grout in bathroom, but that's probably me with my plumbers head on !

The mattress could do with replacing as the springs seem nonexistent in some places, due to one bed side been against a wall you are always getting in and out of the same side.

The decor is a bit dated and tatty. Very clean though. Could have done with sockets by the bed to allow for a bedside light and charging phone.

Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Had everything I needed. The staff member on duty helped me with an issue when I arrived and went out of his way to be friendly and helpful.

Our major issue with the property is that it had lots of mould around the house - kitchen, bathroom, window frame etc. There was also an unwashed plate in one of the rooms from the previous user.

The location of the property is very good and in the center of town. The property is accessible and easy to locate. Private parking was also very good.

the door lock was fiddly it didn’t work all the time and the biggest disappointment was no cups. there was plates glasses and cutlery but no cups

Furniture was a little bit tatty in places, could do with a proper wardrobe or at least a proper hanging rail in the double room and a small side table each side of the bed (there was one but could do with one each side)

Had everything we needed, recliner sofas were nice and comfy. Plenty of plug sockets including in the bedrooms. Had to call about a leaking radiator and someone was there within 10 mins to look at it.

looks like it has had some updating done recently but isn’t quite finished. kitchen cupboards & work surface are tatty. light fittings in hallway with bulbs exposed. no toilet roll holders in either bathroom. no toilet roll in main bathroom. en-suite toilet seat not attached, no plug in the sink, shower has rust & limescale. only 3 mugs & 2 odd glasses in kitchen although plenty of plates etc. en-suite bedroom hot even with heater turned off and no cooling available.

good location, spacious comfortable apartment. door code system is great as no keys to lose or hand over. very clean and modern. you could easily have 4 people (if a double bed was put in the en-suite room) stay there very comfortably for a week

needs a bit of TLC “shabby rounds the edges” bathrooms smelt because of drains I suspect a bit unpleasant! kettle didn’t work but staying over weekend and no one responded to the message left for the on call contact number.

it’s location was perfect for us. The apartment was very spacious with recliner sofas and most things that you would need. very warm! plenty of hot water and very clean linen and towels.

Huge apartment!!

One of the shower handles were cracked so water came out of it. The apartment is in need of a refresh of pain and some flooring needs to be fixed. The TV cabinet was broken but that was fine, No key but the codes and instructions to get in were wrong . Bed that is used was tired could feel the springs. Knife was dangerous as it was very blunt. No lamp in my room , not sure if the other had a lamp. Sofa probably has seen better days.

Size was great, spacious. Heating controls were great. Parking was good.
