We liked everything- the hotel is set in a beautiful, quiet location and the staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast and evening meals were lovely and we would certainly stay there again

Everything was amazing, this hotel for sure became our favourite! Very clean and with very friendly staff. Food was amazing and good value for money. We just needed a break for us, as it was after a long time without the kids :) and it was exceptional! Hope we will return one day!

Rooms were a little warm, so we slept with the window open.

Lovely view of the Malvern Hills from our room. Room was spacious and the hotel bar & reception area newly decorated, clean comfortable! The restaurant is a gem, definitely worth booking into, the food tastes amazing. Staff were attentive & polite.

A few times I struggled to find members of staff when needed but they were friendly/helpful once I did.

Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped. Liked there was a bar menu as well as restaurant for choice and good choice of drinks. I didn't get a chance to use the Spa facilities but the pool looked nice and overall nice setting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t tempted by the spa section - rather small and attached to the golf club.

What a lovely hotel with beautiful interiors. You can see it is family owned by its unique style and decor. We stayed in room 1, a suite. Amazing. Lovely 360 degree view from the top of the hill. Staff are simply lovely and the food excellent.

- The temperature in the room is controlled centrally and we can't adjust/lower the temperature which got a bit too warm at times. - Not enough hanging place in the toilet

- Great variety of facilities for a mini relaxing getaway. Indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis court and surprisingly squash! - Overall friendly and helpful staffs - High level of cleanliness of room and common area - Mint the restaurant offers tasty food options at a reasonable price - Proper breakfast was included in the package - Child friendly and extra bed was arranged

Brochure said every room had a safe and smart tv, we stayed in one of the dog rooms and there was no safe or smart tv not a big deal though

Everything was great, no complaints at all

Very welcoming, beautifully clean and the food was incredible 😁 They overheard it was my partners birthday, so brought out a happy birthday dessert. Absolutely brilliant service.

Could not get a taxi (not the hotels fault) in the area. The wait time was 1 1/2 hours. Should provide dressing gowns in the room to use for the spa/pool.

My husband had to pay £4 extra to get a latte with his breakfast.

Staff very friendly, room very comfortable & warm. Breakfast was delicious & a great selection all in the price. We ate both evenings in the restaurant & food was delicious & also a great wine list.
