We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was on th ground floor overlooking th car park so didn't like to leave th window open overnight, even though the weather was hot. At breakfast, there were no croissants left before 9am. Breakfast a little disappointing.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Staff were polite and friendly.

Lovely pub and the food and staff were great, the room was spacious and clean. The location is also brilliant for the nearby beach and driving out to tourist locations. We stayed as a family Of four and our kids loved the bunk beds. Amble harbour is beautiful. We will definitely come and stay again.

I wanted to book an overnight stay on a long journey with my elderly Mother who uses a wheelchair. The Amble Inn was able to provide a ground floor room with plenty of space to accommodate a walking aid which suited us well and the adjacent bar/restaurant was very accessible too.

The room was large and clean. Large double bed and bunk beds, all very comfortable. There was a fan in the room which was very welcome. Bathroom was well equipped with good power in the shower and plenty of clean towels.

United KingdomBreakfast was very disappointing. Quality of food was good but when we went for breakfast at 8.30am both mornings everything was just luke warm and looked a bit sad and dried up. Also I was disappointed to find out that you don't do rooms that would meet my families needs in future. (Just my son and I this time) My sister lives near and this hotel would be perfect for visits but our 15 Yr old is 6ft 3 and 18 stone, so a bunk bed or sofa bed just won't cut it. Shame you don't do triple rooms like the Hogs head.
Spacious room, a warm welcome, quiet, good parking. Little extras like a fan and hairdryer appreciated.
