All the staff were excellent and we had a very good evening meal and breakfast. There was plenty of off-street parking.

United KingdomIt was very hot in the room - air conditioning or at least a fan is needed. We opened the window but the road noise kept us awake. The choice of cereal was rather basic - muesli or granola would have been nice, and some fruit too.
Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower. Plenty of off street parking. Basic breakfast - the Full English was particularly good - and we really appreciated you going out of your way to get soya milk for us. The breakfast staff were friendly. The location was good for our ongoing journey and we had a lovely evening walk around the village/town which felt very safe. We just happened to be at the church opposite the Angel when the churchwarden was there to wind the clock and he gave us a tour!

United KingdomRoom was far too hot due to the radiator being on full blast with no facility to lower temperature or turn off. I had to open the window to let cold air in, which wasn’t ideal due to traffic noise.
Pub was very welcoming and the food fantastic which is much better than any dreary chain hotel.

Everything was very good for my stay at the Angel, I was traveling with work & this was very handy for location to my customer for the nights stay, the staff were friendly & the foods was lovely.. Overall a very comfortable stay..
