The room was very comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

No takeaway breakfast option. I was leaving before breakfast started.

Everything you could need. Parking for hotel guest only so you don't have to worry about if a space is available. A nice luxury feel and nice touches like the radio. I listened to it all evening and made a nice change. Had the best night's sleep away in a long time.

Can't think of anything to improve. Everything was first class.

We had an amazing time. The staff were so lovely. We are a couple with a young baby and they did everything so that we were comfortable. The room was very tastefully decorated, clean and the bathroom was large and first-class. Delicious and abundant breakfast and the lovely touch of making pancakes with no sugar or syrup for our son. We would definitely go back next time we're in Bath. We want to thank the staff for making our stay so special.

Our room was lovely and the bathroom was exceptional. The staff were very helpful, kind and made us feel very comfortable. Food was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again. Oh and the bed was sooooo comfy.

No desk in my room to work at but sofa was nice. Lighting could be better in both bathroom and bedroom. Air con a bit tricky.

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Great for a lone female travelling on business. Guaranteed parking for hotel residents was great. Pub and restaurant very lively .

Nothing, it was a 15 min walk to the town, and it’s at the top of a steep hill, so walking up the hill at the end of the day was a bit of a killer but worth it as lovely place to stay.

Food was good, room was lovely, quiet and comfortable room lovely and clean.

The only very small negative was that we had to wait for someone to come to reception and there wasn’t a way to get anyone’s attention.

The room was lovely especially the en-suite! We could park our car past our check-out time which was great so we could go and explore more of Bath. Manager gave us some great tips on bars and restaurants to visit during our stay. The hotel bar and communal space was lovely too.

Everything. The pub/restaurant was really nice. Food and drink was lovely. Staff were friendly. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean. The bed was big and comfy and not squeaky. The bathroom was fantastic. All beautiful and very lovely and relaxing. The location is great. A nice 15/20min walk into bath or a very short bus from right outside. I couldn't fault the place. If we return to bath we'll definitely be staying here again.

1. A bit far from center, need to take a bus or uber as walk is quite uphill but this is nothing against the hotel
