Can't fault anything!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, towels, bedding etc. were lovely. Breakfast was good and I was made to feel very welcome.

The bed wasnt quite as comfortable as the last time i stayed..i mentioned this and was assured this would be checked. I realise its good value. However i feel as its still quite cold. It would have been nice to have some heating maybe a couple of hours in the evening and or maybe in the morning..as the room felt cool.

I have stayed at The Berkeley before. Its comfortable. Lovely hosts. Breakfast is good. Good value for the price.

Best breakfast mushrooms I’ve tasted! Came up for one of the goth weekend music festivals and found the whole place booked by fellow goths. All made most welcome.

I've had to think very hard to think of anything bad; if nit-picking, the room (Rm 5) is very small - but I guess that's the luck of the draw when booking. I was disappointed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee replenished daily. The only serious issue is that the shower was very small and (most importantly) didn't have a grab-handle.

The Berkeley is VERY clean and well-looked after, the breakfast offered is superb, Colette & Mal are both very friendly and helpful, the location is ideal and offers a superb view of the sea.

Was welcomed by the owner who was a lovely lady who recommended a local pub and parking tips. Room was very clean and comfortable would recommend anyone needing a safe and comfortable place to stay right on the sea front!

Excellent guest house, location Is Brilliant, right on the front and easy to get to From the train station, and its near all the attractions.. The room was clean, comfy, bed, shower all 5 stars.. Collete and all the staff were first class, breakfast was also top notch, definitely recommend and would 100% stay again..

The guesthouse was in an excellent location, being 10 minutes walk to The Platform. There were restaurants, cafes, pubs and bus-stops nearby. Mal and Colette were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely, with an extremely comfortable bed which included a firm mattress. I slept very well. The room was at the front of the house, facing the sea. The view of Morecambe Bay was stunning. There were ensuite facilities, in the room, ample furniture, bedside-lamps, and a hospitality-tray. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and lots on the plate. The property, throughout, was cleaned to an excellent standard !

... the bed was bit too soft for my back and slightly tilted mattress (towards the floor, unfortunatly). ha ha.

Easy smooth, swift check in (3 minutes max), 2nd floor room decent size, proper door handle, room No7 taht is, very well heated, shower water nice pressure, clean towels, small tv, tiny kettle, but 3-4 different teas to choose from, decaf/caf coffee, a tiny malted biscuit, room smells nice, big window overlooking erm, local industrial areas (again - room No7, room - the budget one, other rooms would overlook the Morecambe Bay, I think, mostly, great - really great breakfast, BIG SAUSAGES, not tiny ones, also: cafetiere coffee, decent quality, juices from box but good box not cheap supermarket orange juice that at times is found elsewhere. I liked 95% of anything.
