It was nice, nothing extraordinary but a decent stay. The room was big enough and even had a work desk. The toilet was clean enough and everything worked as expected.

I’m not sure what the plan for the desks in the rooms are but it’s odd and doesn’t really work effectively. The noise from the air con or vents is noticeable at all times and the state of the wall in my room was awful and clearly needed painting. Breakfast was fine but would make more sense to do vouchers or some deal with local cafes or shops to get better options there and spend the breakfast money on getting the hotel decorated and updated. The cleaner trying to enter at 8.30am when I was in the room and clearly stated I was packing also wasn’t ideal - why not check when people are checking out and just wait?

Location for my needs was ideal. Bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfy. The staff I spoke to at reception were lovely.

Long dark hair in shower cubicle the whole time we stayed, for 4 nights, showed shower not cleaned properly. Also, had cups with stains on 2 occasions. Not good cleanliness & has put us off returning to Bermondsey Hotel. Disappointing cleanliness!

Liked the area, close to Railway & Tube station. Good pubs, cafes & restaurants nearby & convenience store opposite hotel.

There was mold in the shower, the waterpressure was low and there was only a rainshower with not handle. The bed was quite hard.

Only a couple of british TV channels and no Chromecast function. And there was only one big duvet for two. We ordered one more, but then we two giant duvets.

"Deluxe room" but view is of the road. The TV didn't work! Had to unplug and replug it from the wall but very glitchy. Not enough room at breakfast - had to wait a while with a baby before I got a seat. Then faced with lack of options in the self serve at breakfast as eggs had run out. Finally ordered an omlette direct from the kitchen but it was too much to ask from one of the waiters for condiment to be broughtt. to me as I was feeding my baby. Thankfully the duty manager attended to me

Location is very good and a short way from Tower Bridge. You can walk or take a taxi/ drive about 5 minutes to Tower Bridge. Nicely decorated rooms and comfortable bed. Rainfall hower is lovely. WIFI is good. Nice points of toiletries provided.

It is rated as 4 star however the amenities were standard not even a gym, and the bathroom had tiles broken, mould and very old decor.

Very central close to many good restaurants and to London bridge. Very good breakfast.

The breakfast was great if you like continental, but would have been nice to have a better selection of the English, which was not easy to find. Excellent coffee and toast though.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed. I liked the restful atmosphere of the room. There was plenty of space and a pleasant outlook across Bermondsey square. The hotel is very near the unique local restaurants, also the bus stop to Central London (C10). The churchyard of St Mary Magdalene is tucked away just opposite, a delightful green space.
