Could use some thicker curtains as the (necessary) outside lighting makes it seem like daylight at all times, and maybe remind customers leaving the pub late on that there may be people trying to sleep a few metres away! Aside from this there were no real negatives to post! I'd definitely come back.

These are really cute little rooms next to a traditional style pub. Really clean and comfortable, and in a good location, a short walk to the castle and town centre. Arrived early and they kindly let us check in as the room was ready to go. Nice and cosy with a wall radiator and also a free standing one, if you want extra toastiness. Plenty of tea and coffee provisions which are always welcome! The room was comfortably big enough for my husband and me as well as our medium sized dog. Plenty of parking space too!

No breakfast available unless booked in advance-this was a big annoyance as we were not informed prior to arrival. The bathroom has loads of black mould in the tile grouting and even the ceiling was black with it.

Car parking isn't great but they make the most of what they have.

Room we stayed in looked to be recently refurbished. Clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Dog friendly rooms and in the bar too

Parking was a big problem as the car park was full and so was the in street parking nearby. The Wi-Fi also wasn’t available in the room.

Very peaceful location lady I dealt with was lovely didn't do food but was told there is a takeaway 100 yards up the road and many restaurants and pubs 5 minute walk away and a sainsburys opposite will definitely be staying again when in the area

The cutains was a bit thin and you could hear people from upstairs walking and talking.

The room was a good size for a budget room. bed was big enough. There was a kettle and some lovely hot chocolate included as well as a sachet of soap/shapmoo.

Didn’t like that the bathroom sink was in the bedroom and there was crumbs on the duvet and floor.

The location was great for what we needed.. staff were lovely and the bathroom was clean.

Needs a good clean to be honest. Little bugs were crawling around on the floor and a few on the bed I noticed when I got up in the morning. The wooden bed was also dusty and cobwebs on corners of the room. Shame really as it could be a nice play to stay if the cleanliness was better maintained

Okay for one night, wouldn't like to stay any longer. Water pipes from adjoining property very noisy. Poor flushing toilet. Needs a bit of redecoration and a better cleaner. Lots of cobwebs.

I had read the reviews and expected the room facilities to be basic , which they were. For example , curtains were ill -fitting and unlined , no coat hangers , no full length mirror , no fridge , although there was a kettle, tea and coffee. Very small sink in bathroom and shower pressure was weak. No breakfast offering. None of this mattered as we only stayed one night and the location was more important to me.

Very handy for attending a concert at Warwick Castle, just a 10 min walk. That was why I chose the property. Has off street car parking and I got a space . Sainsburys is over the road and free on -street parking is possible with some time restrictions. The room was spacious and clean, big enough for 3 adults or a family, comfortable bed , plenty of plug sockets, WiFi was good. Owners were friendly and welcoming and let me stay in car park after checking out.

We were visiting Warwick castle for a concert and it was within walking distance, the owners were very welcoming and friendly, it was a self contained room with parking available. It was clean with all that is needed for a night away. We will definitely be returning.

They don't serve food in the Inn, but we got directions from staff where to go.

Clean, smoker friendly, can sit outside, very friendly staff, a big Sainsbury's opposite the Inn, good restaurants around, very close to city centre (around 6 min walk).
