When i had booked 4 months ago i had messaged and asked if it would be possible to check in at 12 as we were attending a show and was told this would be OK, when we got there, we were questioned about this and made to feel uncomfortable as if we had lied, I offered to show the messages to confirm the request on booking.com The early check in was allowed but felt like we shouldn't be there!

The whole place needs a lot of attention but our room was fine spacious and clean.

Very satisfied with our stay. Room was clean and adequate with an en-suite. Lovely landlady who was very helpful in every way. The breakfast was also lovely and plentiful. Parking is also very convenient at the front or the back. The room was really good value. Very close to the city with buses just outside the hotel.

Bed really soft and same for pillows so not a good night's sleep. Shower ok for a quick splash but not powerful enough to wash hair. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Ok for a basic overnight stay. Good bus service into and from the city centre. Car parking ok at the rear. Room was warm and clean.

Good location, in the shadow of Headingley cricket ground, with frequent bus services to city. Friendly and helpful staff. Cosy bar available. Tea and coffee in the room. Excellent value for money. Wetherspoons pub nearby for cheap breakfast!

The whole property is EXTREMELY dated and feels like has very little invested in it, door handles/locks not very good and some lights in room didn’t work, very tatty in general Whilst not particularly noisy for my stay the rooms are close together and walls are thin along with creaking floorboards above upstairs On arrival 2 “characters” were sat in the lounge/bar near reception drinking cans of larger was not exactly inviting!

Free parking was excellent although, VERY muddy! Friendly staff. Bedding and towels were clean and room had everything required like kettle, tea/coffee, draws, ironing hoard and hair dryer etc although the room was very small, but functional

Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed. Somewhere comfortable to sleep after partying all night.

I liked that the room was en suite. Blackout curtains and somewhere secure to keep our belongings while we did what we came to Leeds to do. The room provided everything we needed it to. We paid £60.00. It is no frills. Come to Headingley and stay here. You didn't come to Leeds to stay in a hotel.

The bathroom needs updating... cracked tiles and stiff taps etc need replacing.

The bed was comfy and clean and the towels were clean. The tray with coffee etc and biscuits was very welcome.

It's not the most modern of places but again for the price and location (if you're visiting something nearby!) then it's hard to complain!

The one toilet was dirty, as we were staying in back room there was a kitchen it was noisy in the day time they were continuously talking loud.
