United KingdomCheck in was vague and unhappy with several booking details displayed openly on the front desk. Admittedly this was immediately rectified. Breakfast was great but again details of options wasn’t clear. Some parts of the hotel seemed modern and other aspects rather outdated
Value for money. Loved the patio doors that opened out onto individual patio area with table and chairs. Location great. Short walk to stream at end of garden

United KingdomAl of the staff except for one were wonderful. She was a blonde breakfast waitress. Quite young. But she was rude and lazy. The rest of the staff though, we’re clearly very hard working, polite, professional and great at their jobs. The visiting chef was really friendly and cooked lovely food. He made me feel welcome and was happy to give me five mins to talk about Scotland and moving there, which I appreciated.
Lovely location. Peaceful. Private patio to let the dog out. Easy to get to Oban. Nice restaurant and good options for breakfast.

United KingdomThe internet was poor. The tv in the bedroom made a vibrating noise , we spoke to management about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The food was disappointing, time to be served the meal was ridiculous even though the restaurant was empty.
The location was lovely ,easy to park the car. Location was relaxing a good base for visiting other locations. Staff were friendly.
