The water pressure on the shower was very poor. It took me 10 minutes to shower, whereas it should've taken 2 or 3. There was no bath mat, so it was very slippery when standing in the shower.

The staff were pleasant and polite. Location was good. The room itself was clean.

I assumed, wrongly, that breakfast was included in the price and no possibility of an evening meal, therefore I was surprised and disappointed to find that no food was served at the hotel even though the hotel sign outside displaid "The Brecon Hotel and Restaurant".

It was well situated for my purpose. It was quiet. Regards.

The only niggle I had was that the shower head hung down and would not stay angled upwards for use, but only a small niggle!

Honest, clean, affordable accommodation. The room had good lighting and all the basics you would expect were provided.

The rooms are rather dated, there's inadequate ventilation and the shower is barely adequate. The ventilation may not be a problem in general, but the weekend was unusually hot and humid and the room temperature was uncomfortable.

The room was good value, clean, and the welcome was very friendly The location was very accessible, just off the M1 and easy to find.

We found a sheet that looked like it had been left there by the cleaner in the wardrobe, I forgot to mention this to the receptionist. Im sure it would have been removed if we had done , but we were in a rush to go and decorate for a special occasion, the small bedside light at the side of the second bed started to flicker in the early hours of Sunday morning, i couldn't turn it off, must be a fault on it,water not flowing fast enough through shower head, we were in room 26, overall a nice clean place to stay if you're having a weekend in Rotherham.

We arrived a little earlier than we had expected to,the man on reception had a lovely personality and was helpful. Safe parking round the back where you stay in the annex, secure building with key code. Close to Town center, Tresco express across the road, tea and coffee making facilities, towels , small sachets of hair & body, soup, toilet roll, clean comfy beds, clean room and bathroom and it was spacious.

Alright room for the price. It did its job with the added free wifi and basic tv. I would book again if its a quick thing but nothing to shout about. Staff was pleasant .

Good staff and location. Spa shop and pub food very close by. Good secure and free parking right outside your digs. We left a day early due to very hot weather. Are we satisfied with what we got for what we paid? Yes.

Bed was quite hard to sleep on . Preferred a softer mattress. Also a bigger chair to sit on rather than desk chair. Good bathroom and toilet.Heating came on several times a day and the room was comfortable and warm enough for a spring season. Would have been nice to have a Microwave to heat food or soup etc, as no local takeaways or restaurants nearby

location is quiet and near enough to Rotherham centre. Good bus service outside and local Tesco shop for food
