Brilliant, convenient and central location, a very spacious building in excellent condition and everything was clean. I liked all the details such as the beautiful lift and the kitchen/reception/lounge with its quirky decor, leather sofas and bookshelves. Free tea and coffee 24 hours and free cereal. I will definitely recommend to anyone who may be staying in Bristol.

Fabulous place to stay, the team are absolutely lovely, the place has a very nice welcoming vibe. Rooms & bathrooms spotless and great to have the kitchen. The open plan kitchen, lounge & reception creates a nice armosohere. Easy walking distance to everywhere.

There is no socket in the bathroom, so a girl cannot dry her hair of do it properly. In addition, in the room I had a socket, but no mirror to see what I was doing. Apart from that, it would have been nice if there were more hooks to hang clothes on.

For a hostel, it was very clean and proper, with decent bathrooms! I think it was of high standard.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to local amenities, super passionate staff, and clean facilities. The room my partner and I stayed in boasted a comfortable double bed with clothes storage in a large room, shower rooms were clean and accessible. Free luggage hold between check-out and our bus to the airport, and a lovely social room downstairs with free tea & coffee! Easily the best place we’ve stayed in when visiting Bristol, would not hesitate to return.

I would have preferred an en-suite but my own private bathroom outside of my room that I could lock worked out okay.

Its location, it was minutes away from the coach station.It was also very secure which as a solo traveler I very much appreciated.

Triple bunks - not easy to get into the top bunk & I was moved beds without anyone telling me until after the new group had been let into the room. Earbuds went missing as a result of this move.

The staff were lovely, especially Shazzy. Great location in the city centre. Good value for money.

The triple bunk beds are a little short so each bed is quite close to the one above. Hard not to disturb others when getting in bed.

Vintage decor matching the historical building it has repurposed. The restored lift that has stood the test of time. And very modern facilities.

A toilet ran out of water for the flush at one point but this seemed like just an unfortunate fluke.

Possibly one of the friendliest places I’ve ever stayed with. Welcoming atmosphere, good facilities, and everything was very straightforward. My room was clean, comfortable, and appropriately furnished. The staff were exceptionally kind and understanding.

The reason for not giving a 10 score is purely down to the shower. I was unable to decipher how to switch the shower on. What appeared to be the on/off dial came away in my hands. I tried to fix this to get the shower working without success. I re-dressed and tried a second shower room, and the same thing happened. This was beyond frustrating as this occurred at approximately 01:30 in the morning. I re-dressed to seek assistance from reception, who didn't hesitate to come and assist. The receptionist indicated a mechanism at the top of the hose pipe that needed to be twisted for the shower to work. I have stayed in several various accommodations and have never witnessed this before. I mentioned that it would be beneficial to have a small sign indicating how to use the shower, as I am sure I was not the first to have difficulty with this. Other than this issue, a very pleasant stay.

Warm welcome from receptionist. Cleanliness, upgraded from a Single to Queen Room that was appreciated. Large room, comfortable bed, nicely designed room, minimal but stylish.

i stay in private room , own room the staff is like princess and friendly , she dresses well and makes people feel so happy when reach this property like this could be a nice start of the travel and the bathroom facilities is so clean , no dirts on floor , the staff is very friendly even though i haven’t checked in
