Too many stairs. Room very small. Never slept due to the beds mattress not being comfortable

We couldn’t get hot water in the shower and as it was late on Saturday night when we’d got back from the dance festival there was no one to tell Second morning we arrived to breakfast at 9.40 to be told that the breakfast was all finished and we couldn’t have anything. This was massively disappointing as we were hungry! I wasn’t asked if I’d had an enjoyable stay so wasn’t really given the opportunity to mention this or the shower prior to departure

great stay here , lovely sized room. really comfortable bed. nice shower. location is perfect not too far out just far enough for a good nights sleep. breakfast was good and the bar is a bonus.staff friendly and helpful

Early breakfast in a bag was a bit sparse. Bathroom window didn't have a curtain or blind and although the window had frosted glass, I personally wasn't comfortable with it.

The staff were very polite and courteous. The rooms were a good size and very clean with good amenities.

Long walk into the town but there's both a bus and tram stop nearby.

Lovely comfortable and very clean room. Absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. The owners were very helpful,friendly,welcoming and couldn't do enough. We'd definitely recommend it and will be back.

Property offered parking at a daily charge which was a bonus! Interior was very modern. Bar was beautiful great view of the front sun trap in the lounge area. Large choice of drinks selection host very attentive even though was multi tasking booking other guests in. The stairs up to the rooms was well kept and decorated to a high standard. Overall very stylish decor. Our room had the most amazing view they was chairs in the bay where if you wanted to you could and enjoy a cuppa. The bedding was fresh and laundered to a high standard. It was immaculate. Bed was soft but I think this a personal preference. It was too soft for us. But I think things like this it’s hard to accommodate everyone. Breakfast was amazing the best I have had in Blackpool loved the buffet style. The dinning area was decorated to a high standard. Very clean and it was a lovely atmosphere. I liked that everyone was asked to sanitise their hands on arrival. All staff were brilliant !! We will definitely recommend 100% Thank you to all we had amazing stay

Breakfast was really nice. They had good breakfast option. The room was clean and hosts were really lovely. They have wide range of Gin. Drinks was affordable in the bar aswel. My daughter felt very comfortable and safe. She wants us to come back to blackpool and stay in the Bromley. Thanks for having us!

Couldnt get our tv working , But we said to them as we left. We werent there for the tv and if we,d asked they would of fixed it.

Lovely Guys that run the place, warm welcome, Lovely clean room. The best thing was the view. It was spectacular. We werent expecting that. Breakfast was top notch as well.

I wanted to open the bedroom window during the night but unfortunately the opening was too high for me to reach. So maybe a fan could be put in the room.

Such a shame that Fylde Council let ALL the hotels and businesses down by allowing dirty streets in the area.

The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, the hotel and room were spotlessly clean and trust me I was looking for fault. Breakfast was probably the best I've had for years and there was a great range of options. The breakfast / dining room was high class and again spotless. Very impressed all round and exceptional value.

There was an extra charge for the parking and the parking was a bit tight. Luckily I got there early, parked easily and didn't need my car the rest of the stay.

This is a great little guesthouse, right on the prom. The rooms are really nice and the breakfast is very good. There is a well stocked bar too which was a nice touch.
