Could do with a bit of a clean in the more hard to reach places. Only because I was looking for a plug socket as I have USB C which didn't work with the adapter provided.

Bed was uncomfortable, mattess was not firm and kept rolling off at sides,room was hot as no aircon but did have a fan to provide air. Nice big room though.

Great location, easy to travel to with tapas food and good range of beers and wines. Would recommend for location and friendly staff.

No teabags English breakfast or Yorkshire just green tea of earl grey. I was gutted there wasn’t any in the morning as I love a cup of tea first thing .

The windows were shocking. They really urgently need to be replaced by double or triple glazed units so they keep heat and noise out at loud times. AC in the room would be good too.

Given that we stayed for 4 nights it would have been helpful had there been a bar fridge in the room

Very comfortable room and the shared toilet/shower facilitiesworked fine. Staff ( Sam & Chloe ) were very supportive and great to talk to for travel tips etc Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Hotel situated near to 2 stations on District & Piccadilly lines worked out really well Room was cleaned each morning and noise from hotel below was of no consequence. A great stay overall.

It wasn't that we didn't like it, but there are lots of stairs, so maybe not ideal for those with mobility issues

The location was perfect for us. The pub was great. We ate there before heading out and the food was delicious. In fact the apple crumble was the best ever. Rooms are a really good size with plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided. The staff were super friendly. We would defo stay again

Bathroom down the hall from room, so not ensuite for our room. I'm sure other rooms are ensuite, so be sure to ask for this when booking. Only a small inconvenience though.

Lovely accommodation over a very nice pub/restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was fantastic. I mean, really, really good. Very impressed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return. The location is great for anyone going to a Fulham or Chelsea football match. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No anti slip in the shower, awkward bathroom door had to step aside to get to the loo. Kettle too big and heavy. Disappointed that I asked cleaner to just put more teabags but changed bedding AND towels. I am environment friendly so felt this was unnecessary. But also I specifically said I didn't need them.

Spacious room, great location. Great tea supplies and comfortable bedding, windows with a view. Book with information and staff friendly. Key and code, checkout easy process. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. Or bus or tube close by.

Hadn't realised that the check-in was limited to a ceryain time, and we only just made it! Also hadn't realised the room was with a shared bathroom. But that's my fault for not reading properly!

Cheap and clean enough for our needs. Staff were friendly. Room was a decent size with a big comfy bed!
