Given wrong room to start with , had to move , correct room had jacuzzi bath that was dirty and didn’t work . No staff around really had to ask barman for assistance

Closed/locked up on arrival. No one on premises all day/evening. Bar closed. Cobwebs in bedroom. Clean bathroom but very dated. Says the rooms have been recently updated but our room certainly hadn’t been (peeling bathroom shelf, old carpet, yellowing bathroom vent).

Aside from the night porter one night, there were no other staff available. The first morning, there was no heating or hot water. Also, there was no information in the room regarding TV operation or how to get WiFi.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of coffee/tea on offer.

Not enough surfaces in bathroom or places to hang towels. Mattress was very uncomfortable, so unstable I nearly rolled out more than once as no support. Pillows had no substance, way too flat. 3 chairs all very hard, nothing comfortable to sit on - probably explains worn out mattress. Kettle didn't fit under tap so very awkward to fill. Saturday night karaoke sounded like it was in my room - soo loud.

Wasn't what I'd class at Deluxe. Bathroom was a bit dingy. Expensive considering it was just bed no breakfast. No wardrobe. Just a rail to hang clothes (no coat hangers provided). Could do with a mirror opposite the window. parking was sometimes an issue. Road outside quite noisy.

Location on the front was good. Comfy bed. Chap looking after place was friendly and helpful.

Although we had a refurbed room the furniture was the original tired pine units which detracted from out lovely new carpet and en-suite (minus a toilet roll holder and shelf in shower for shower gel, shampoo etc). There was no breakfast offered which we knew about but for the price I would expected at least a continental.

Lack of cupboard space in the rooms or useful shelf place for storing clothes etc. Whilst there is some free parking available on both sides of the townward side ,it is not at all clear when you arrive and is normally fully occupied until 5 pm or so.A small road plan on the hotel website would be a help.

Very good location overlooking Swansea Bay and convenient for some good restaurants,pubs and easy walk to the small town centre area.Very welcoming in the form of Harry who was barman cum receptionist.Also,despite being on the promenade,the rooms were quiet.

Room was small, very nosy from people in the bar,when the toilets are flushed there's a banging noise from the pipes,lots of door banging mattresses was hard and uncomfortable didn't sleep well at all unfortunately

Beach was across the road, cafes/restaurants short walk away ,room was cleaned every day fresh towels were provided

Smoky entrance & reception area. TV near the ceiling. Shower drain blocked (although cleaning maid arranged for workman to improve it). Thin paper bath mat with Yeti footprints.

Convenient for a visit to family and for Mumbles centre.
