No natural light in room, window high up on wall. Room quite small. No door on bathroom/toilet. No side light.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Good towels and toiletories in bathroom. Good WiFi. Drinks available in Havana bar 24 hours a day.

The bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable and lumpy. I left with a backache. Wished for more veggies and fruit for breakfast alternatives.

I loved the communal dining hall which was stocked with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was definitely above standard and for a great price. A clean and quiet hotel which was very appreciated.

Single room was very small. Triple room had a lot of traffic noise (but that’s hard to avoid in that location!)

Good location for family event. Friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast selection.

Weird smell in the bathroom. But maybe because the building is old? Because otherwise it was very clean

Location is a bit far from the underground or rail servive but busses take you to different parts of the city center quite well.

Relaxed hotel outside the busiest part of London. Staff were nice but nothing special. Breakfast was good for its price.

It would have been nice if they had taken out the rubbish and changed the towels during the 5 days. The bar was not always stocked. A microwave for making hot drinks/meals would be useful.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped. Breakfast was not outstanding, but it was good to live with. The bar was self-service and open day and night.

Not the hotel's fault, but my room was on the third floor, the stairs are narrow and I'm not young. The charming staff carried my suitcase up, for which I was very grateful, but it was not that easy to bring it down again! The water pressure was less than wonderful, and the bathroom, though very clean , was rather tired.

The staff were charming and very helpful. The room was small, but clean, the bed was comfortable with decent pillows (for a change) and the breakfast was good and interesting. it was where I wished to be and pretty good value for money.

Handy, Funky Hotel in Centre of Camberwell

For someone with accessibility issues or a lot of luggage, the hotel would be quite difficult to navigate as it has multiple long corridors which intersect in a confusing way - it's very easy to get lost on the way back to your room! Also the TVs and DVD players in the room are a little old with cables etc that need tinkering with. Views from rooms are limited/non-existent.

Located in the heart of Camberwell with plenty of amenities nearby, this is a cosy rabbit warren of a hotel which offers decent snacks and breakfast options, as well as a well-stocked DVD library for viewing films of your choice in your room. The decor is very funky - Latin American-themed - and the rooms are large enough and comfortable.

The bed is not a quality foam, I had body ache after the first night. The fact that I have to pay for water. Free water should be available considering the price been charged The stairs were too much for me- due to bad knees. Next time I will request for ground floor if there is the facility to make a choice when booking rooms.

Clean room, clean bathroom and good staff relationship.

The hotel is situated on a busy road so I would imagine if your on that side of the hotel there would be some noise.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The decor is quirky and one of a kind if your looking for something that looks a bit weird and wonderful this place is spot on. P. S the coffee was really good
