No complaints, the heating was a little challenging and the decor a little old fashioned but absolutely nothing was wrong with it.

The cottage was spacious, we were pleasantly surprised how big it was and well equipped.

I visited with a friend who found the walk to and from town difficult. it is just over a mile from the accommodation to the town centre.

Really great value property, well equipt and comfortable and close to the town. Ample parking and the hist is very friendly.

The interior was very old and dated. The exterior areas, garden etc needed some tlc and tidying, weeding etc. It was quite shabby.

the location was good, just a short drive into Ledbury and surrounding areas.

The shower needs an upgrade, it was quite weak. We found at least one chipped cup in the kitchen. No quibbles apart from that but as I mentioned above we did not use the catering facilities.

The host was ready with the key when we arrived and welcomed us pleasantly. We were able to park directly outside the property, which would be a real boost for anyone with children &/or lots of luggage. The appartment was clean and well-lit with coffee & tea facilities provided. This is obviously a self-catering let, but as we were visiting family nearby we didn't use any of the cooking facilities - I therefore can't comment on those. It all looked perfectly adequate for a family stay though. I noticed a number of books and games available. The location, just outside of town on the main road, is great - easy to find and easy access.

There was quite a lot of noise from upstairs apartment on one evening. Not much light penetrated the apartment so had to have lights on most of time. No really decent views from any of the windows.

Apartment was clean and adequately fitted out, plus quite spacious for it's size. There was heating at beginning and end of day which was nice as still cool in mornings and evenings in May. Shower worked well. Close to Ledbury and the Malvern hills which is why we chose it. Plenty of room for parking.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment in a good location on the outskirts of Ledbury. 5 minute drive/20 minute walk into the town centre with its plentiful shops, cafes and places of historic interest. Very helpful, welcoming hosts. Nice to have a couple of days in a relaxing, homely environment during a busy week's traveling.

We booked a cot and a folding bed for a child. these were inthe room but had no beddings for. When we realised the situation it was passed 10pm and we didn't feel we could contact the owenrs. We booked two rooms with double beds. We received one room with a double bed and the other room with a twin bed. I spoke to the owner, Paul, in the morning about the situations. He was dismissive and unintersted and told me I should have contacted him despite the late hour to request the bedding for the children's beds. I find it hard to comprehend as Paul knew we will be coming with two children. He knew there is no beddings for the shildren's beds. He didn't check when we came in to collect the key. Not only were the children's beds not made on arrival, there was no beddings for us to make the beds and in the morning Paul behaved as if it was my fault. Paul's reply re- two double beds, was that we could push together the two single beds he provided. This is very poor customer service and a bad experience for me. I would not be able to recommend this place.

The location was nice with outdoor area and outdoor seating and child friendly. The kitchen was well eqipped. We had a lot of space and privacy.
