The only moan we have is that the mattress was too soft for us. The shower pressure, we were on the top floor, was a bit low and WiFi wasn't amazing.

The View to the sea was over a street and a parking place There was some noise from the street but the Windows were quite good.

Wonderful Müsli for breakfast.Very comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful owner. Beautiful walks along the coast closeby.

Fantastic view from the bedroom and breakfast room . The Coast House is run efficiently and the managers are very friendly and helpful . The bathroom and tea tray were all tip top and lovely crisp linen and towels . The breakfast was cooked hot and fresh and to a high standard , very tasty . Highly recommend, we will be back : ) Like the freedom to collect the keys at a time that suits you via a key code safe .

Parking was a bit of an issue and we had to park in local car park and we had to pay for long stay.

Breakfast was included and it sure was a great breakfast that also catered for all different tastes. The dining area were looking out on the beach The rooms were like in the pictures, gorgeous and cumfy and earthing you needed was there. The location was even better than we could have hoped for.

Purely as it related to a 79 year.old, could have felt safer if a rubber safety mat had been provided. A younger, more agile person would probably not needed one so my comment only applies to me on a personal level.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coast House for a short break, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the town centre and all the local attractions, and only 5 mile walk to Swansea along the scenic coastal path. The B&B itself is clean and tidy, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the bay and Mumbles Pier. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The room had proper size cups which is a real bonus. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. For those who judge a place on the sausage and bacon, both were tasty. Communication from Andrew was excellent and he provided useful information about local parking. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.
